Alternate options?

Dear Friends,

I applied for FSW and submitted my full documents along with RPRF to NDVO Visa office in December 2010; I got my AOR on April 13.(RPRF is also cashed by visa office)

Since then there is no update, e-CAS status shows RVBO status.

Following are some of the details:

•   Initial Application to Visa office: May 20, 2010
•   1st AOR: Sept 29th 2010
•   Full Docs: December 2010
•   2nd AOR: Jan 2011
•   NOC Code: 2174 / 2173(Software Programmer/Analyst)
•   Eligibility Criteria: Temporary Foreign Worker with more then 1 year of work experience in Canada

Since the NOC codes under which I had applied are no longer in the priority list
My assumption is that processing of file is either stopped or the file is being shelved for some reason.

Currently I am in Canada and I have more then 3 years of work experience in Canada.

Shall I wait for some more time or withdraw the application and file under Canadian Experience Class.

I would appreciate if people in the similar situations as mine can come forward and share their views
