i send full document except ielts result and i didint send becouse the 120 days finish and face broblem to do it thats why i send it WITHOUT IELTS BUT ALONG WITH DOCUMENT I BUT RECIVIED THAT I HAVE EXAM ON 25SEP 10

MY ON LINE STATUS RESIVED BY VISA OFFICE

MY QUESTION IT HAPPEN THAT THEY SEND MEDICAL WITHOUT ASKING FOR IELTTS
NOTE/ I DIDNT RECIVE SECOND AOR

Hi, Opening your app should take some time (Hope so) so courier your IELTS results as soon as you get them with your file number to your VO.... If by any chance they open your app before they recieve your IELTS results than its bound to be returned on incomplete grounds.

Haral,

I sent all documents required to VO, but my question is that am using my wife relative which is canadian and got 5 points from this, and my total points 68, as i just got 8 from IETLS.

The problem is they may ask for proof or residency for my wife's relative and for our bad luck we lost communication with her and am trying to contact her 3 months now with no response, so they may remove these 5 points.
And the only solution i'll get is to re do the IETLS test, as i can improve to get at least 12 points, but my 120 days will expire 15 October and the nearest IELTS test will be 25 December


Do the VO review my Eligibilty one more time, and if they need more support documents they will ask me before start the process!! because that will better, at least i'll get the chance to re do they IETLS, but if they start processing and then request these documents from me and i cannot submit them, they will return everything.

For me delay in processing time better than refusal

Hi, they wont ask you to prove language skills again if you have applied after 10th april-10 (language skills rule change) - so the only thing right now with luck should be.....1- you improve your IELTS score. 2- You send your resluts with file number information to them... 3- by luck they have nt opened your app as yet and attach new document recieved to your file...


There s no other option unfortunately.......... best of luck

Yes my friend i can understand, but the time not with me at all, as i mentioned they 120 days will finish October 15th and the nearest next IELTS test will be December 25th, 2 months after, which am not sure that if they will open my fime and start process direct or not.

And is that a confirm from ur side that it is a must to ask for a proof of residency for any relatives there, as i'll not do another IELTS test if they accept the 5 points for relatives without asking for proof of residency

Hi Beely.  I just read a post by STEAKY on Aug 30 Proof of Relationship with Relative living in Canada.  Hope it helps. 
"1.  If auntie is your dad's sister, then provide your birth certificate, your dad's birth certificate and your aunt's birth certificate
2.  provide something like telephone, hydro and gas bills"

I have a question , for proof of residency for my aunt, is it a must to get all the things with her name?

As you know some times may be the bill will come with her husband's name or her son ( My cousin )

Or any proof it must be with her name only

I cant say they will or wont open your file till you get your IELTS result... probably in absence of your relative in canada points the best thing you can do is to explain IELTS test dates in your cover letter and attach reciept (copy| of test registration with it.... i cant say of they will accept this and wait for your results since they are not bound to....although they do add on to your app what ever supporting docs you send afterwards your app has reached them.... until and unless they have nt taken a decision on completion of app....
