E case status changed to IN PROCESS: November 12, 2009.
Medical + RPRF + Passport request (Letter dated) :November 12, 2009.
Medical + RPRF + Passport request (Received) : November 25, 2009.
Interview waived.
Medical done November 26, 2009.
RPRF + Passport submitted: November 26, 2009. (To Canadian High commission, Dhaka )

i m also confused hearing ur case. bcoz they didn't aske me for passport. they  only asked me to send RPRF and medical. also they mentioned to send it directly to CHC, Singapore. but u said dt u sent it to CHC.
I want to know whether they mentioned to send it to CHC, Dhaka or not?

Hey bdg!

While I went to submit my Passport to CHC DHAKA they requested me to submit if any other document requested from Singapore, then I told RPRF..... and they accepted it also and told me that no need to separate courier, they will send it through embassy channel with Passport.

I am currently collecting my documents for full application to be submitted to CHC Singapore. May I know if Bank certificate would be sufficient enough for the proof of funds? Will CHC singapore asks for bank statements? I am a bit worried coz I only opened my account last October. I am planning to submit my full application mid-Jan.

I think bank certificate is okay but if you can provide statements it will be good coz it is your responsibility to provide clear information about you so that they can do their job easily...... if so then your processing will take less time definitely.

Can I find anyone who applied in 2007/ 08 I applied in Jan 15 08 from Dhaka. Got a letter from CIC Singapore  in Jan 2008. Since then 'All Quiet in the Western Front!!' This waiting is killing me..... Is there anyone from 2007/08 who has heard from the CIC??

One of my colleague applied earlier (before 2008) and recently he made a query about the status of his file and he also mentioned that though he under old rule but he is among the 38 occupation which is considering for faster process............... then within a month he got reply from CHC Singapore that he need to submit IELTS........ I think his processing is started.
