Hi, Planning to ielts  , Can anyone help me? Someone can guide me from where shall I do?  & how long will it takes? from which city you belongs??? you have to choose the well recognized kind of institute from where you can learn quick and you know to get 7.5/7 band its very tough ask.... |

can anyone please guide me about education transcripts requirements. Are we supposed to send them in university sealed envelop only or can we send them only copies without enclosed in sealed envelopn ? there is nothing mentioned like sealed envelop!!!

last time i sent them without university enveloped but they didnt make a objection over it... though my application was return back due to one reason that i didnt mentioned the rite visa office. |

immigration; but unfortunately my file is returned due to Cap Reached.
I would like to apply again in July'12 for FSW immigration. Would you
please clarify my following queries:
Query 1: Do I use the Previous Police Clearance Letter at the time of
Application in Jul'12. (Issue date of Previous Police Clearance Letter
is 07 Aug'11)?
Query 2: Do I use the Previously Notarized Documents at the time of
Application in Jul'12. (Notarized date of documents is 14 Aug'11) ?
Query 3: Do I use Previous "Letter of Reference of Past Work
Experiences" at the time of Application in Jul'12. (Issue date of
"Letter of Reference of Past Work Experiences" is 4th Aug'12)
Query 4: In previous year, Pharmacy Document Evaluation by PEBC was not required. Does it required in this year (July, 2012).
I will be very glad to get your answers.

1. PCC is valid only for 6 months, so you will need to get a new one. 2. You don't really need any notary to attest the copies, the requirement document clearly states copies or original 3. Letter of Reference from old employer can be same, but make sure you get a new experience letter from current employer, it doesn't have to be with all duties but it should say u r still working there. Yes, In university sealed envelop with photocopy attested by university... One of my friend send only notarized copies he was asked to submit all transcripts and mark sheet...original Best of luck Warm regards, |

Are you sure that notarized document copies are only valid for six months? I dont think so? Also, do they still need notarized copies of everything or simple copies are fine this year? |

I wish that too, however even if it will remain in the list it's cap will reach either on the first day itself or within the first couple of days. What do others think about the CAP reaching of 1122 in 2012? |
