Hi I am new to this thread.I applied for PR last year and because of the cap I couldn't get thru.I am planning to apply again this year.
Do we have take the job experience letters from previous employers again or can I submit the ones I took last year?

3 more questions:

1. Can passport be used as the National Identity Document?
2. What is "Certificat de sélection du québec" and is it compulsory to apply for it even if you dont intend to stay in Quebec?
3. In the schedule 3 form where the assets and liabilities need to be declared, can that also included fixed deposits in the wife's name although the husband is the primary applicant?

For Question 3, this is what is instructed by CIC:

 a) Assets
Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds in your bank accounts, pensions, etc.

b) Liabilities
Indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of real property mortgages and any other personal debts.

c) Total funds available for settlement in Canada
With consideration to your total assets and liabilities, indicate the total amount (in Canadian dollars) of unencumbered, transferable and available funds that you have for settlement in Canada.

What i understand is that A minus B should be the amount u need to enter in C.. here in the asset you need not mention any property.

I do have same query abt the transcripts and work experience letters. Do we need to get it again or use the last year one?

Regarding Work experience Letters, can we only submit the copy of the offer letter, service certificate for all the employers?

Is it mandatory to get the original reference employment letters from all the employers? Because one of my previous employer is not ready to issue me the letter. In that case, what do i need to do?

Hi sahar,
Try to send once again licensing statement by authority.remember it should be sealed ,mentioned clearly your registration date and end date.
 Transcript frm uni again sealed and attested by examination controller or higher authority.

As far as I know u have to submit ur reference letter from ur previous employer.In any case if u can't do that u have to provide a letter stating the reason y u can't submit it.

In the document checklist it is given as

 Just got a mail from jennifer [pebc] ,recieved all my documents.finally got my indian pcc.uk pcc ,i would apply by tommorow max.

As far as i know the investment can either be in the name of Pricipal Applicant or accompaning spouse or in joint name. but it will not be considered if the investment is in joint name of pricipal applicant and his/her mother/father or anyone else.

well, good to know that u also got her e-mail.....now from now on count 8 weeks......
I've never been to UK......so I don't need UK PCC, nevertheless, have managed to get my homeland Police Clearance Certificate.
What about ur IELTS....have u taken it.

I agree with one of the forum member's comments that it is mandatory that you provide current dated reference letter (s) from all of your previous 10 year's employers....if in case any one of them are not intending to provide you that letter, ONLY IN THAT CASE I FEEL (but it no where written in CIC site - only my apprehension) you can have a write-up with all of your job descriptions, salary and designations and can send to them along with the original letter of appointment, JD letter, bonus / salary increment letters...

Hello all! Ill be a first time applicant to FSW1 this July...i dont know whether to apply as a registered nurse noc 3012 (which im sure  will always be filled up in  no time)(i dont know if they still need it by then)...or as a financial agent(noc 6231) as i am now in my country.
I will take the IELTS first since its a compulsory in attaching the results together with the application.

Where it is mentioned that FDR or other investments should be with spouse not with other family member we have to show ?  I didn't read that line or statement any where. Please clear to us where it is mentioned

i have again attested my application from notary publiv here and will send it tommorow inshallah , but the notary is the hell expensive here they charge me 160 dollars to attest three pages anyways just want  canadian immigration thats my aim , i have  asked  my  dean of uni and regulated authority to send again another letter from their behalf

Grt wrk ,hard work pays well.this time make sure degree marksheet copy are attested as true copy and sealed.signed on cover ,at 6 joint on envelope.
licensing authority must send good standing and explain your registration start and end date.
Today just send document for uk pcc.
