Any idea whether the NOC 4131 would make up to the 2012 NOC list?

Looks good, but I don't know does it have to do anything with creation of NOC list for FSW1 program.

well you should apply for the police check now normally they are valid for 3 months but when the cic will get  that they should not be older then three months cuz according to them when they will make the final decision in one year they will take them  valid its strange but it is like that , i have applied for canada in 2010 and in 2011 , in 2010 i couldt score enoguh points cuz they have not awarded me with the points of adaptibilty  of my aunt i filed my application by my self it was my mistake because cic  wants the notarized affidavite of the person there to prove the relationship whichi didnt provide at that time , second time my file was perfect but could reach there on time and the cap was reached so it  will be the third time  i  will apply again  if NOC 3131  will be in the CAP  i am discussing with some lawyers as  well this time they are insisting that 3131 will be in the cap (inshalah) now i have previous police checks of my home country i havent travel there but even then i got the fresh pcc form there and from australia   as well  ,
 
well i am not the single applicant i will apply with my family i.e my son and my husband
but you can send your police checks later after sending your application but my opinion is better to send all of your documents together

Hello my fellows, I'm back now.........was out of city for some meeting and conference.
Well congrats to Siddharth and Sahar, as both of u have gotten ur PEBC id numbers. Now expect their acknowledgement mail in 3 weeks time, given they've received all of your documents (transcript from ur University and Licensing Statement from your MoH).
I'm also planning to apply PCC in this week and hopefully would submit my docs for PCC by Saturday.
Also waiting anxiously for the results of IELTS. Sahar has given it on Apr 21 (as I can recall), Siddharth have u taken that?

 Kindly guide mate.does employment letter and experience letter must be mentioned same job duties as pharmacist noc. My employment states only few job duties but experience letter states each and every duties in detailed way.
2.as most pharmacist are paid by cash in india.i have it return and income tax. Should i ask my employer for salary slip.don't know if he can give for more then 4years

Hi sahar,
 Experience letter describes your time span of employment, any pay raise and job duties performed.
Employment letter mean at time of joining your company gives a contract mostly mentioned joining date and duties to be performed.

will they accept my application if general cap is full but noc(7215) under which i am applying now is not reached yet. planning to send my application tomorrow, is it good time to apply or should i wait for new noc list july 2012.

Dear friend, employment letter contains the information regarding your designation / capacity, monthly salary, company name and address your job hierarchy (whom you are reported to and who will report to you)etc. Now coming to J.D (job description - that details your work responsibilities that your organization has assigned to you), there in J.D, your duties must be at least partially similar as they (CIC) mention in their website for industrial pharmacist. They don't require your salary slips at all. Your salary break-up should be the part of your letter of appointment / the employment letter. So no worry about it.
Suggest you to take IELTS ASAP........good luck buddy.

better check first that how much applications under your intended NOC they've received as on today...........if the number is less than 450, then u should send ur application now - although cap is for 500 but consider mailing delays etc that's why i'm say 450.
Otherwise wait till Jul 01, 2012.

Hi Sahar,
They don't need salary slips...just the contract letter / appointment letter / employment letter - that should contain your monthly salary etc.
Siddharth has correctly said, experience letter details your total time span in a particular organization and the position (s) those you worked on during your stay in that organization.

i have the contract letter and experience letter , you i had applied in jan 2008 as well but that case will surely be coming back as they are clearing backlog but still the status of application say in process ,
