well, the best time for applying depends upon your NOC. for example, if at the moment your NOC has got "cap reached" status, then you need to apply on or after July 01, 2012. However, if you see that still no cap has reached yet under your NOC, you better ASAP - right now.

Hi I m ready with my documents and applying under noc 7204 which is not reached yet but if i send application now and by the time it reach there and the global cap is full, they will return my application or they will process it as noc 7204 is not reached yet. Please help me with this as i do not have much time and want to apply asap.

Hello All,

Any idea whether the NOC 4131 would make up to the 2012 NOC list?

Most Common Reason of NER
Most of the applicants of MI3 who got NER were those who have job experience of more than one employer but due to unawareness of procedure they submitted only one job description from one employer so they gained fewer points as they expected. So the guys if you are going to apply, I advise you, attach job letters from all employers and your job experience letter from each employer must mention the following
•   Your name , address and title of the job.
•   Duration of employment
•   Hours / day
•   Days / week
•   Job duties according to the cic website
•   Your starting salary and last salary
•   Designation of the officer signed the letter.
•   Attach visiting card of the officer
•   Don't exact copy the job descriptions given in cic website.
•   Write additional duties.
•   Write all duties you performed.

your welcome
i appeard  twice here and many of my friends too its just they just drop you in one of the module when i came from pakistan i scored 7.5 in academic and here in general i took 7.5 listening 7.5 writing 7 in speaking and reading 6.5 , and next time i got 6.5 in listening hundreds and hundreds of students appear every month here in australia to score 7 in each  cuz without that we are not eligible to file pr, so i think they are just doing this for sake of money so more and more students from india china pakistan  and other countries just keep on tryimng or we should go back to  our country for ilets and easily score 7 ,it is not over all it is 7 in each module ,
well cant say anything well you should better prepare your documents early  because what last time happened cap rea ched just in two months so what about now but this is for sure credential assesmnet will be there this time so better to be on safe side you should do  this before july its just the matter for few humdred dollars but its for the future of ur life ,

i am from islamabad

thanks for the wishes

Hello and Salaam again Sara,
ohh the situation u r explaining about australia is quite sad.. i mean, to fail people in ielts jaan bhooj kay is totally unacceptable..
u got 7.5 when u appeared from Pakistan, that shows that your englsh is above par and very good infact.. and living in australia can only improve your english!! so again u did get very good scores in all modules, but i guess they did give u 6.5 in reading on purpose..
but dont loose hopem inshallah things will be good for u and im sure its just a matter of time b4 u score over 7 in all modules!!
so is your name Sara or Sahar? coz your id here shows Sara13..?
well i m from karachi, and i got 7.0 in ielts (in all modules), so i m sure that your english is beter than mine!! so stay focussed and inshallah things will improve for u Smiley
so u studying to become a pharmacist there?
again good luck.
take care, shorty Smiley
