Hi Noman,

From the looks of it, I think your case will proceed. They normally will never ask you to fill the new forms unless they have gone through the background checks and found every thing to be normal.

INSHALLAH you will get the MR very soon.

Regards,
MOK

Hi erdavid,

I applied Jan 2006. Yes its been a while. I guess, I was among the blessed ones to get every thing up and running before the halt on the FSW.
If you have not hear any thing so far, this might as well mean that you will be among those who get good news soon.

All the very best for you.

MOK

Hello every one,

is there any body out there who had been asked to do meds & pay landing fees prior to march 29 2012 and still  being effected by the OB442 ?
I'm just curious, the fact that quite number of applicants from Colombo have been effected, wonder is it same for the other nationals as well?
Please share any information...

Regards

I applied for PR in canada as skilled professional on 7 march2005 ,till than my status was shown on net as FILE IN PROCESS i was never told about future of my case .Has my file been lost or disowned? during these 7-8 years our future life was burried in yes or no of Canada .the time given as waiting period was 42 months but after 96 months our future plans to go Canada are in doldrums .i cleared my IELTS  exam in same year i am M.com B.ed in first division and working as principal in well reputed school

i am surprised if fully qualified and educated persons are inellegeble for going to Canada we suffered economic losses and psychological pressures due to callous and apathatic attitude of Canadian embassy towards my case. The embassy should clear off my case or intimate me the real position, waiting period or any development vide my case
