Let's apply numbers, if we are 280.000 applications that are going to be returned, and every year the "maximum" allowed immigrants is going to be full, (that's what we are seeing right now, the number of applicants is greater than the year quota), if we apply again we're going to be in the queue for 3 years, how can he be so self confident that we are not going to be wiped again in 3 years?

i am FSW 2007 applicant(AOR JUNE 2007),file was transferred to chc london on jan 2011 from islamabad.

I need to share that before the announcement of budget my e-case page was modified on 06-03-2012(In-process) and again it is modified on 09-05-2012(In-Process).
Any idea about these modifications.

Thanx for comment and asking an interesting question.
While using an application E-Status(check your application status )on www.cic.gc.ca,we have to fill out few forms and then finally at the end we can see our status and while clicking on in-process we further see the details.At the end of the each page there would be written as PAGE MODIFIED ON ETC ETC DATE.I was taking interest from a long time that after how much time they use to modify the page.So that it was very unusual that they modified my e-case page on 06-03-2012 and on 9-5-2012.
I hope besides of u all senior members will surely put their valuable comments on it.

this is normal process for website modification and updation, where the website contents are modified and it is relevant to each webpage of CiC website and not pertaining to a specific user e- application status. Same modifiaction date is reflected on my e-application status as on yours , showing that the online application webpage was modified on this certain date applicable to this page and to the signed in application e- status. so

Dear if u have already informed them via snail mail and they did't updated from e-status then dont worry bcz they had updated ur file.same was happend to me i am also fsw june 2007  applicant.
