The Advertisement you are saying is in website of 'Ajit'  newspaper and this just other Advertisement of some Immigration Consultant.

You can see the same news in e-paper of Ajit or hard copy of newspaper.

Seen immigration consultants ad does not prove the news in newspaper fake. Moreover, Some applicants residing in Punjab have confirm the News from Dr. Chawla's office, all 22000 medicals are belongs to FC4 catogory, i.e. family class.

The Paper itself seems to be owned by an immigration consultant !! visaimmigration.ca is the first thing you see on the website in BOLD.

Their is no official link to support this information....

To all New Delhi applicants under old systems:

Today, i have seen on trackitt that only two files from old applicants were approved in last one year by New Delhi Visa Office (Out of 246 applications from New Delhi VO under old rules in Trackitt). Which is less than 1% score. And in 2011, not even single application is approved from old applicants by New Delhi VO. I can't think, what's going on at New Delhi VO. Please share your experience here.

This is really really very frustrating and sluggish immigration process in d world.

The ND quota goes to applicants on the "lists" if there are any quota left over, then only then, will they process the pre-2008 applications.

Dear PMM,
Thanx lot for ur prompt reply.
But they have announced that, Pre Feb-2008 application will be treated as old rules in which there was not Quota system. My occupation is not in FSW2 list. Then what will they do in my case. Please advise.
Regards,
Sandeep.

Good news folks.....

Many under the old system have started getting their visas. Soon I believe it will be time for us to celebrate. Let's keep our faith intact & believe in the Almighty.

Dear Forum Members please reply:

What does "Form B" contains? If one is married will it contain information about his wife or family (parents, brothers and sister) or both?  In fact I'm arranging my documents for update and need clarification on this point as Nadra people ask whether you need Form B with your parents or with your wife.

Thanks

Don't fool yourself Mate. If you have not received a documents update letter as at yesterday, then be ready to wait for another 2 years. Just get your "mindset" ready for the long wait, because,  even after those 2 years, you are still not sure of getting anywhere - meaning to say, it could well be longer than the 2 years they are "preaching" of right now.

There always has been a quota.  The Gov't sets the no. of Skilled work visas that will be issued each year.  You can see what they were for the past 6 years http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/index.asp  see Report to Parliament.
