IM ALSO FRM PAKISTAN MY CASE IN PROCESS IN ISB NOT YET DECISION MADE BUT A VERY DIIFICULT CASE WILL U INBOX ME THE REFUSAL OF UR CASE UR ANS WILL B APPRECIABLE .Hi Mrs. Turan , yes it been long even after appeal , but the thing is this that , my visa office is london , and i am from pakistan they take a bit long background and secrity checks , and my police chrecter cirtficates from pakistan and UK , because i have lived in two countries , so i have read about your case timeline , yes, you can hear from them eny time now, you are very near , apprently.

lovebird what do u mean after redone meds and adr won .....are u serious? now they are doing im assuming police clearance....my husband never travelling outside Morrocco in his life and non criminal.......?

after redone medical and pcc, it should be take 3 to 4 months... t.o get passport request |

Full hearing won in Dec 2011 , received letter from New Delhi for PP request along with medicals and PCC in February 2012 still waiting for the passport how long before I get my passport back any idea ?

I cannot believe you have not gotten a date for the appeal yet! Are you sure they received your notice of appeal? We sent our notice of appeal first week of January and mid-April we got a letter informing us that we are going to have full hearing on June 21st. Where are you in Canada? I am truly sorry for what you are going through... it must be double pain for you since you are pregnant. |
