http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp

As of December 1, 2011, if you are applying under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must submit your application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Once you have gathered all required forms and documents listed in the Document Checklist, send your application to:

Citizenship and Immigration
Provincial Nominee Program
Centralized Intake Office
PO Box 1450
Sydney, Nova Scotia
B1P 6K5
Canada

If the CIO determines that your application is complete, it will be sent to the appropriate CIC processing office for processing. The processing office will contact you for further documentation once they are ready to process your application.

If your application does not include all of the documents and forms set out in the checklist, CIC will return it to you. Do not provide documents which are not listed in the checklist.

Note: Applications that were sent prior to December 1, 2011 and that are received on or after this date at the visa office will be processed by the office as long they are complete.

Good News or bad for us who applied before December 1, 2011???

It just transfer the office. I guess this will take more time. Because now application will go through one office to another.

But they don't rotate more in Canada, it will just come in appropriate visa office directly.

what u say?

Hello Everybody

Here is information and updation for all my friends here

Canada Embasy has started visiting to the employer address as they have now days started physical verification at employer address and confirm everything from there so be alert as here in gujarat like in anand, nadiad and ahemadabad almost all places they had visited personaly and verifing such employement details and there were two or more cases in which they had refusal of visa application with 2 years bane in account of fraudulent activities and hide truth about real employment so friends be aware to answer perfect and true as per given in application such as ur designation and tenure and employee within the branch and within the company, owner name and contact no and etc related to ur employments

Here vipul is one case where embasy people visited on tuesday and confirm everything in physical verification and his verification finshed in positively.

Hello Vipaul best of luck for ur visa..

Thanks for this information.

I didn't get my nomination yet. But still I will tell my company about this Since I stayed out all day because of marketing job.
I want to know about something.
My boss doesn't speak English and company is located in residential area, it's in house. and company is small, not that big.

I am a marketing manager. So, I mostly go out for marketing in one city to other city.

What should one do in this case?  How will they approach it?

My Experience is perfectly genuine. I had past experience in MNCs. But I selected this company due to better opportunity in salary and position wise.

Is that fine if they come for checking and I am not available there?

I don't want to tell my current company about my application to Canada. What's the option?

Hello friends,

I am in student category, and the following is my timeline:

March 07, 2011                application received by Buffalo
May 05, 2011                   cash out
September 09, 2011          CIC website updated (Application received)
Septermber 15, 2011         ME received by mail
Oct. 15, 2011                  ME done

So far I haven't got anymore news. The status on CIC is still "Application received". There is a rumor that the status will be updated 1 month after the Medical Exam.

I don't know why this happen. Is this normal? Anybody else has similar situation?

Thank you.

I'm shocked by this news even though I applied before.
Why are they doing this?

Am in saskatoon already. Can there be a trend for people who applied for sinp and are already in Saskatchewan? The timeline is usually different from those application from abroad.....or isn't it?
