I have received my application from NS with some corrections to be made and date of marriage left blank.

My query regarding this is do I have to resend by correcting what i have done wrong or leaving fields blanks by filling blank as new forms and send as it is the way I send it earlier with old application dates and signatures. Please confirm I am very upset

What did you do with TO__________ section now. Did you write "to present" or the date of your application?

Once again, The norm is From "xx.yy.zz"   ------  "To Date".

Complete new correct forms and send with updated signature and present date.
