it should be done earlier but its never toooooo late...
collective protest might make them realise the  bitter situation faced by pakistanis...
we should have the  courage to atleast protest against some injustice irrespective of the outcome ...
i think letter by post would be effective ..
any other sugestion plz share

Absolutely right, Yaar we can't just sit and wait for them to have a look on our cases. In my case i lost my job my because of applying for canadian immigration and now i can't do anything as i don't have my original documents. They should understand the situation all the applicants face.

Giving no deadline, when we will hear from them.

Should do something about it.

i think individual mails will work more effectively. otherwise, getting signed the application by so many applicants will be very hard to do. But one thing is for sure that we have to do something immediately.

we cannot wait for such a long time. i submitted my original documents to CHC islamabad, back in Dec 2009. its been almost one and a half year. on so many occassion i desperately needed my original documenst. once i needed them for finalization of my fully funded Phd scholarship. i wrote to CHC london to provide me the originals but they never. consequently i surrendered that golden opportunity just because of this immigration *censored word*

I suggest, one common letter, I will appreciate Pitta if you draft it here for us, and then we all email the same to Minister from our email addresses. All of us same time

gentleman, for your info i ve done this earlier. i ve sent direct mail to PM and PM office have sent my complain to ministry. ve look at appended mail. there was no mail after this

Dear Khan: On behalf of the Prime Minister, I would like to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail.  Please be assured that the statements you made have been carefully reviewed. I have taken the liberty of forwarding your e-mail to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, so that he too may be made aware of your comments.

Dear SiR, I like to bring your attention to veryserious matter regarding processing of Visas for Pakistani SkilledWorkers at Canadian High Commission-London office. It`s being noticedthat London is so far not processing any application for Pakistaniapplicants and this is totally unfair and clear descrimation whencompare with other visa offices like Manila, Sydney, New Delhi,Singapore etc they are finalizing cases even in 6-8 months. Totalprocess time to decision made is 9-12 months for the rest of the visaoffices but we are even waiting for medical call for over the year. Iwould highly appreciate if you would take up this concern seriously andwould take necessary action to expedite our applications. Dormantresponse of CHC is resulting in hi degree of frustation for this highlyqualified class of Pakistan who is seeking to become Canadian National.I am hopefull the Canadian Government will take this issue seriously.Sincerely,  Khan

welcome dear.. if any idea comes in your mind please post here. thx

I think sending one e-mail signed by everyone will work better, rather sending indivisual e-mail.

lets make strategy how we will submit our case
i do agreed with u. i wud suggest the those candidts who r waiting for medical more than 9 months shud come up with their details. remember without disclosing ur information ur case will b anomalous n will not b considered is everyone agreed to provide their details to make a list and send to honourable minister with CC to PM. why we shud not fight for our rights and shud not raise our voice

what you think should we write him individually or send one letter with signatures of every body

no need to send signed letter just make a list of candidates waiting for medical for long time than 1 person will write email to minister and will cc to all PM and all applicants.

very true, dear arkhan your previous request was not acknowledged or resluted in any response by minister because it was a sole enquiry. if we like 100 people do that it will definitely make a difference

i am in favour of idea that we not only write email but also send a written letter to his work / home place.

the only difficulty in sending a single letter by all applicants is it can be thrown in bin easily but like if 100 letters go to him he can't ignore every one.

this is my sole opinion. lets decide what majority says either to send a single letter or multiple enquiries

thx

Jason Kennedy is a paindooo for doing this:
One of the people posted this on the forum

"Today I called CHC-ISB and asked them why its taking that long for spousal immigration and why you are not working on them within your time lines. Visa office lady said we are aware how much problems applicants are facing and its a major issue here at CHC-ISB as well. CHC-ISB have enough people to complete the work but they have special instructions from Jason Kenney's office to slow down the spousal immigration process. She also said if we get instructions from Canadian Immigration office to finalize the cases in a week we can do that easily.

Agreed with Arkhan. signing is not necessary. Moreover i would still suggest to send mails individually, containing complete list of all the applicants waiting since long time. i believe that individual mails will have high degree of endorsement and large number of mails will grab attension, instead of a single mail.

i agree to put more pressure on minister, every body should email minister with list of all candidates plus please do write him a written letter as well with list of all candidates at his home / work place
