You submitted your application only a few days before me, both of ours were transferred to CPP-O on the 16/4 - and you just had your med's requested?! That's awesome! Does anyone know what the CPP-O would be doing with my application if Buffalo is the office for processing Australians? Which office will be requesting my meds? |

Hey rhare.. I too am in the same boat.. received my AOR 16th April .. Anyway, coming to your question... I suppose you should be receiving the meds request from Ottawa.. Good luck!! Thanks Torap. I'm just hoping that as we all received AOR's on the same date, that medicals might come in at the same time too. Almost sounds like they do some kind of batch processing. Fingers Crossed. |

Hello Guys, Today I checked the status of my application online and it shows 'In process' and shows 'We started processing your application on May 4, 2012. ' Hope to receive medicals soon. Does anyone know how long it might take to receive the medicals ? |

I've been using: Application Number. It's in the top left hand corner of the Acknowledgment of Receipt you receive when they first email you. |

Hi Torap:) I am in Ottawa((( you should receive medicals very soon!!! Keep checking your SPAM folder! My status says the same as yours now. They started to process my application:) Yahoooooo!!!!!!!!!! Good luck guys:) For applicants from Ottawa: Medical cost is around $250 CASH ONLY. Be ready:) Also, when booking your appointment make sure the person you are talking to knows what he/she suppose to do and what all this immigration medical stuff is about. I tried to book with one doctors office (they had opening earlier) but the receptionist had no clue about what is going on and what program I am applying under. I didn't go with them obviously. Booked for a day later, but with another doctor who was very knowledgeable about the process. |

HI Everyone, I have just done my medical last Saturday. It costs total $250 Cash in Calgary too. First, you do your physical, then Xray and Blood test. I finished all in 3 hours including waiting time. You also have to prepare 2 passport size photos that need to be taken within 6 months and your passport/ID. Good luck everyone.
