Need help from applicants who are on the same boat and seniors!!!

Should i count current buffalo 21 months time period from Jan 2010 or June 2010 or Nov 2010? Please advise!!
Seniors!!! What do you think? Should i need to extend my work permit, its till Jan 2012.
Please advise.......I will really appreciate your help.

The 21 Month are counted from  the day when VO received your docs and sent you acknowledgment of receive.

Just want to know, from which VO, i count 21 month.
If it is Sydney NS then its 17 months, but if its from Buffalo NY, then its only 10 months..........and another tuesday gone
It means i have to wait 11 months more..........

Thanks for your reply. I think you start counting the 21 month form the date when VO in Buffalo received your documents, November 2010 in your case. So you might receive a decision around August 2012 if they did not change the processing time again which I doubt it.
Also, put in mind that these 21m is an average. Each case is different which means it might be less or more depending on your completed application.

As you advise me, so it will take around 31 months total after applying to CIO Sydney NS, if buffalo processing time remains same ie 21 months.
As you know they are increasing processing time after quarterly update like 14, 17, 19 and then 21
It was better if i applied under CEC in Jan 2011 , as CHC takes 14 months.
FSW processing  is so slow in Buffalo, NY

Brother John Smit,

You have to count your proccesing time from the date when VO received your full application.If you remeber what is the date when you send your application to Buffalo after Sydney told you to do that in 120.days period.Count your time (21.months) from that date.

Also,do not forget that Buffalo is increasing their time for pre june FSW applicants for more and more 3.months.This october their time will be minimum 25.months.Thats a problem.

Because your immigration Application is in process, you can apply for an extension. I am not sure exactly if they will extend your permit or issue a visitor record. The only problem with the visitor record is you won't be able to work till you get your PR.
I suggest you contact CIC an tell them your story and they will help you with the procedure. Also, I recommend that you start in the extension procedure asap; takes long time.

Because they are lazy people.They already took our money and they do not need to worry.They do not need to be afraid for losing their jobs because of us in this recession time.

If you need LMO to renew your Work Permit it is time to do that right now.Do not late.We can not expect anything with our PR applications this year.

You must apply for the new LMO and for new Work Permit.As soon as possible.You have only 3.months
We can not expect anything this year with our PR applications.
