Benjamin No worry!!! I am waiting for medical as you.Because mine file was transfered from Buffalo to Seattle on 13th April 2010.Given me 90 days period.Now the time is going to over on 13th july,10.Hope to get respose within this period.

Have you applied through Agent or did it your self? What is in your ECAS status? If its still in process, then it is right to send send case specific query.

Hi ,
I have applied personally without agent help.My NOC is 4121.I have sent case specific enquiry in June 22,2010 and they replied in JUne 24,2010.Reply was standard and was not specific to my case only coz i have seen the letter somewhere in this forum, sent to another person as well.The letter stated that background checking is going on and they are not sure about the time when it will be completed.
My ECAS status is in process" since February 16,2010.
waiting is going on.

as i told yu earlier background and security checking sometime is timetaking coz yur local
DIB is involved. dont worry it has to be over by 12months from the date of application as it is fast track

Dear benjamin,
I hope things will happen as u have said.But 12 months exceeded this week as my application was received in July 3,2009 in canada.So from July 6 this tuesday it's officially 12 months.
