Hi,

Did you get any reply for medical requests. It would take 5 business days to take initial response.

the first time that i sent ie on aug-25 i sent them along with my medicals. My company had made me take the medicals
of me and my spouse and we sent them along. We also sent the passport of me and my spouse along with a NO OBJECTION
certificate from my spouses office saying that they would allow to work from home and travel to US on a need basis
as they have offices in the US.

I have heard that people who apply along with spouse have a delay in processing is that true ?

thanks

yes thats right .. any twp more than 6 months require medicals .. thats the reason why we have got our medicals
done in advance and sent to the embassy.

the wait is really killing.

Could you tell me the CHC where you sent your application.

Medicals will be requested by CHC and then only we need to do it.

Its not true that it will take more time if spouse also applies.

CHC Delhi is where i have sent my application to. Also, if the WP is for more than 6 months we have to send
the medicals along with the same.

For all the workpermits which are more than 6 months duration, the medicals are to be done. Thats why
we got our medicals done and they have been sent to the Delhi CHC.

our organization gave us an authorization letter and a doctor in our city. These are the authorized doctors of chc. the docs do all the medical checks and then they stick the passport page and they send that to chc - delhi.

thanks
