All filled in forms and Supporting Documents list sequence

Hi All.. Happy X'mas.

I need your help

do i need to attach all supporting and needed documents like "birth certificate , work experience letter etc "  separately after filling forms along with Checklist (IMM5612E)  OR i have to attach it along with forms where this information is filled (e.g. IMM 00008 SCHEDULE 3 - question 5. as IELTS result so do i need to attach IELTS result copy with this form ? )

2) when i send my application to CIO when (after how many days ) i will come to know that my application and supporting documents are as per checklist and its complete application package ...?

i m really confuse with sequence of all documents....pls help me...

You should follow the Document Checklist (IMM 5612E) forms and documents ascending order.
i.e.
1. 2D barcode of Generic Application form
2. Generic Application Form
3. Schedule A
... and so forth and so on...

After CIO received your application, it takes about an average of 90 days to receive the PER or NER (Positive/Negative Eligibility Review). This is the first notice you will receive from them.

In the Document Checklist, you can see that The Proof of Language Proficiency (which is your IELTS result) is after the "Travel documents and passports" and just before the "Arranged Employment" documents. So you will it put it in-between them as per checklist.

You first gather all your forms that you have downloaded from the CIC website like generic...background etc.

Then you start adding your documents as per the checklist. It has to follow the same sequence as mentioned in the document checklist that you find in the CIC website.

IF you have an explantion regarding any of your document that you have provided, attach that to the document.

Do not staple anything. That is clearly mentioned. If you must, just clip it on with one of those clips that one can easily remove.

hi ..Your Highness .. thnx for help

so i will fill all forms and then i will add all documents in sequence mentioned in checklist and i will put in order as
 
1 ) barcode and checklist page
2) filled all forms
3) all documents mentioned in check list in sequence.

am i right ? ... or suggest me something....

one more thing abour BarCodes
when i filled test for i got 4th page full of barcode having 8 blocks of barcode , so should i make it as first page of my whole application package ...
