hey are u going at 28 ? then seems we r on d same flight its d same route. i am going for a B Com. @ shadh i cant say of ottawa bt as for flights emirates, qatar r all booked now so try jet airways thats better than air bharin. bt details only agent can say. My advice buy ticket fast if u r not willing to wait for sept n see there is a considerable transit for too short can cause u to miss next flight |

I will be attending Dalhousie University, B.Com (Co-Op), Halifax, NS. same as your place. Well I also didn't expected that my application will be received so soon. But Allah knows now how many days they are gonna take to make a decision. I have already contacted an agency to book a ticket for me within the range August 27 to 30. So, i might not face any ticket issues probably, Inshallah. I thought you would be getting your visa tomorrow, but you are actually getting a decision (Tensed, Huh!don't be . Inshallah you will get a positive decision. And please let us know about the visa decision tomorrow. I am pretty excited to know about your one, as we are heading to the same place. Good luck . Inshallah u'll get ur CA visa stamped soon. .. And yes, I applied to Dalhousie by myself, as they don't have any agent in Bangladesh. May be this year I am the only Bangladeshi undergrad student going to attend Dal B.Com program  . And I am currently studying in AIUB- BBA, just completed year 1. |

Hello everyone! Any updates at all?
I think going through VFS was the wrong option. Fedexing the application directly to the Canadian High Commission in Singapore would have been much faster. VFS adds between 7 to 10 days to each and every step of the student visa process.
Fedex, on the other hand, takes only ONE day to deliver to Singapore!

@ P2D2,
Is it even allowed to mail ur passport and document dorectly to chc singapore? CHC bd website tells you to apply via VFS, even then, how are you going to track it?
Even if you can, i'd advice against it because VFS checks your application for missing documents and others and advises you on your query. all you have to do is apply early,
besides, VFS has changed their logistics fees from 875 to 4,000 BDT, so i guess they'll be using FEDEX/DHL or other courier services from here on
