reasons for refusal
I am not satisfied that:
i) you have sufficient resources to pay for your tuition fees
ii) you have sufficient resources to take care of your self and family members that will be accompany you while in Canada
you will not leave Canada after your studies in Canada, reasons
i)travel History
ii) personal assets and financial status.
I've been here for 4 years and never traveled back to my country. I only submitted my personal account in Malaysia(CAD20,000) and dad's account back home which have pretty sum in there. my tuition fee for 1year is 9,900CAD. any suggestion will be appreciated
Hi Bro,Sorry to hear about this.But you have to be strong and persistent. Certainly,what I obviously could imagine on your profile is that,you have C$20,000 (assuming you provide source of income to the VO).No matter how huge the money in your sponsors account is,if you don't provide a source of income documents to back it up,it will be void and considered irrelevant to your application.So to say,your sponsors funds available to finance you is not considered accessible for you because "you didn't provide source of income with it".
however,your tuition fee is $9,900 + $10,000 (living expenses required by immigration) + $3,000 for airfare which totals = $22,900.....this amount is beyond the total amount you have presented in your account which was $20,000....put in mind that if you are going with dependents/family (which is stated as one of the refusal reasons),the amount required will be higher than $22,900.
I suggest you should look carefully into your financial standings and your presentation to the embassy.The travel history is still something you can clarify to the VO in the cover letter you will present to them in the next application you're going to submit.
P.S I saw one of your past post where you mentioned your dad's inability to provide (payslip,work letter....."source of income") for the funds he has put available for your study.
