The above information is  false. The MEDIATOR INTERNATIONAL is new in the market and that many people CANNOT BE already in Canada through them, given the fact that FSW applications generally take longer period to be processed.

Dear Mr. mmh93,

Thanks for your opinion.
I'm a silent reader of this forum and gathered knowledge through this forum. I found this forum and it's experienced member's are more helpful then any consultant. I did not know about this forum when I applied. Thats why I have taken help from a consultancy firm. However I'm not advertising of any consultancy firm. I just disagree with the statement of Mr. mhrana as his view was wrong. Finally Mr. mhrana has withdrawn his statement. Thanks to him.

Best wishes for you and all the forum members.

Dear Zafrulbd Bhai,

I heard FSD category applicant got the MR as provincial
nominee as per Canada's  Immigration ministers declaration.

I doubt this bcz SVO working so fast........, as soon as the

If you submit an application for permanent residence in Canada under the Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) program before Feb 27, 2008, there may be a good news for you.
Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) Program Backlog Reduction | FSW Pilot Program
We recently received correspondences from 3 Provincial Case Processing Pilot offices of Citizenship and Immigration Canada for 92 clients with pending FSW application filed before February 27, 2008. This is part of CIC's Federal Skilled Workers (FSW) Program Backlog Reduction Pilot program.

The three provinces are Alberta, Ontario and Manitoba. If you declared any of the said provinces as your destination in Canada and your occupation is included in the province's in-demand occupation, you will receive a letter of invitation to submit an application for Provincial Nominee Program.

More information about FSW Backlog Reduction Pilot here:

AINP - Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) Backlog Reduction Pilot

Ontario FSW Pilot Program

Manitoba Foreign Skilled Worker Backlog Reduction Initiative

This program is not limited to the three provinces. This FSW Backlog Reduction Pilot is a partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada and provincial and territorial governments in Canada. But as of this writing, we have only received a letter of invitation from Ontario, Manitoba and Alberta.

Total complete applications received since July 1, 2011

March 8, 2012 update: we are still receiving a high volume of applications and expect to reach the global cap of 10,000 applications very soon. People applying now should be aware that there is a strong possibility that their application may not arrive at CIC before the cap is reached.

Between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012, a maximum of 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

Starting November 5, 2011, CIC will accept a total of 1,000 applications from international students who have completed at least two years of study towards a PhD and or who graduated from a Canadian PhD program in the 12 months before the date their application is received by CIC. Find out more about eligibility for this category or see the number of applications received to date on this site.

These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).

On January 31, 2012, Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) and Statistics Canada updated the 2006 edition of the National Occupation Classification (NOC) with a 2011 version. The changes affect Federal Skilled Worker applications in certain occupations.

For more information, see the full notice.

*The number of complete Federal Skilled Worker applications received is approximate.

**Once the cap has been reached, we can only accept applications for this occupation from people with a qualifying job offer.

Get Ready for July 2012

Whether you are yet to file your application or you have a pending FSW application filed before February 27, 2008, you should get your documents ready NOW in time for another window of opportunity this coming July 2012.  Changes will most likely be implemented and it is best if you will prepare for it as early as now.(Its hope over the world all agent and law firm as per MR.kanny planning  to Pilot Project about FSW to transfer PNP program)
