I have received PER in 31st January,2011.More than 1 year have been passed without any update.address disappeared since 27Jan,2012.Still stuck in RBVO.Don't know what to do?Should I contact with Singapore VO?Please share your suggestions.

I am a post june applicant. Applied April 2011, AOR May 2011 and in July 2011 i got In Process in my status. Still no MR or anything else. I found most of the applicant's not getting anything since last 2 months. I think March is a very good turning point for MI-2 Applicant's. Meanwhile, if anyone receive MR, please share with all, so that we can assume the process. Good luck to all.

No need yet, wait at least July/August 2012. Before query to VO, collect your GCMS/CAIPS note first.Hope you will get your desired request letter before it. Wish you all the best. |

Dear seniormembers,
i need yours advice. i applied through local solicitor/lawyer. they did not provide me my file number yet. they kept all photocopy of my cerificate and other documents. and their behaviour not so positive. they are just looking for money. if i get my file number and want to change my address and want to handle the rest procedure by myself. Do they create any problem for me in future? please let me inform. eagerly waiting for your honest advice.
Solve this problem peacefully, try to manage your solicitor. My speculation is that you have comparatively less idea abt your own file. I mean, hazy idea abt your file. If you are confident abt ur file, photocopy of all the forms (u sent) +documents as well as A-Z clear idea, then send me a PM mentioning ur solicitor's total function. I will try to help you recuing this trap of ur solicitor. |

Bro, he should not. VO always says, don't send anything unless VO requires you to do so. Yes of course he can in case of martial status change and new dependent adding. Moreover, address change, email change should also be informed promptly. As VO instructs only Pre June applicants (but not every pre june applicant), MI-2 should not do so. Even MI-1 applicants who have not got email for update should not send update proactively. |

Dear Probir bhai, I got my GCMS yesterday. There are some mistakes they have made from CIC. They wrongly spelled my dauhter's name and did not give adaptability points for my spouse education and her uncle who is a canadian citizen, though we have submitted all required documents. I noticed that, her file (Client details: 2) was created on 20/01/2011 and updated on 06/02/2012! My file (client details1) was created on 05/11/2010 adate done on 20/01/2011 nd up created also on My GCMS report was generated on 07/02/2012. I have just sent a case specific query to Singapore VO stating the fact. Let me wait if they give any reply at all, and I will update you. The bottom line is, they are obviously working on all files and delay is due to some other causes other than backlog, I believe. So, please don't get upset. If possible, request a GCMS to CIC. Best, Rakib. |

has anyone applied in the same week/month to the same CHC like you did? make contact with them. earlier forum members used to open threads like June 2011/July 2010/Aug 2012 applicants.
I hope you understood what I meant by saying that.
your IN PROCESS does not seem like the original one where one would get their MR's.
Have patience, look for something like , "We started Processing your file on dot dot dot. "
