Mi-2 applicants seems to have gone into backlog after MI-3 was released.

Dear Mr./Ms. Jnathan,
New Delhi, Accra, Rome, London,Manila, Bafallo and many other Visa Offices working on MI-2 files, some VO already finished MI-2 issue. SGVO is working a little lately for their organizational unavoidable circummstances. What is your base for the above your comment? Would you please explain?

We will be obliged to you if you please kindly explain (with logic and example) your comment. May be you are more experienced than Captain Qorax. Just remember brother/sister () that many members of this forum believe information shared here as "words of Bible".

This is my humble request to you to keep patience after reading the msgs of Jnathan. We all know that this is platform of sharing and expressing individual's ideas and experience. please dont react much if you feel bad. Getting tempered is not for people like us. and we all are already aware of him, his attitude and above all his expression. Cant we stay away without replying him? Cant we judge his comments? If anything comes from him positively, surely we will accept it and thank him. On the other hand, if anything we find unacceptable/illogical, we can just ignore. This is the way we all should follow as far as i feel personally. Please dont take it otherwise. I dont want to hurt you anybody. I am really sorry if any of my comment hurt any of you.

it is quite frustrating for the awaiting applicants but they can't deny what has so far been observed and what is currently being happened. MI-1's have indeed entered into backlog after MI-2 was released, MI-2 applicants also seem to have followed the same path after MI-3 was released as MI-3 applicants are the ones who have been getting the priority since June 2011. Frustrations don't change the reality. each and every MI-2 waiting applicant for over 1.5 year now is a proof that they are less preferred by CIC.

I m MI 1 applicant. Candidates
1) who sent their documents by may,2010 got visa in 2010
 2) who sent documents by july,2010 got visa in 2011. And
3) who sent docu. Later on most of them have been asked for update documents like me.
None of us had to wait even two years, so how you can say three or four years? May be u r talking about simplified system applicants not MI 1

We received 1st letter of approval on 13 August, 2010 with advice to submit all docs. 14th Dec of the Same year CIC confirms with the 2nd letter, the receipt of all application pakage. On line shows 'Decision Made' ( Date 9/11/11) but they responded an e mail stating the status 'Pending review'. Last week, address disappeared. what does it signify?

Suspecting it to be system error.....Pending review is the update I see. Wait to hear from them. Don't worry, friend.

5.SGVO is not issuing VISA right at this moment for their internal policy; do you think that they have no liability to CIC regarding this?  The SGVO staffs are sitting idle just to receive PR applications only?
