Dear SamDhaka, Thanks for your suggestions. Yeah I can send them query, but it may take time again. Anyway, I may check with bank, if possible will do accordingly. Rgds- Arasah also try to explore the option of money order... send an immediate query to SGVO..

I talked with bank- if anyother person have passport with SCB bank account and want to issue a bank draft.
Though they will not issue this draft, if the passport is not available.

Its natural he might be busy in recent days to do his initial formalities in CA. Moreover, as he is coming to Bangladesh within a few days, he might not use any internet connection. Hope he will come back soon. My best wishes for him and the others recently entered into Canada. |

Its wise to keep about 70% of your last shown amount all time. However, if we draw a bulk quantity and when VO asks us to send and we deposit a big amount suddenly, then definitely, you must show the justification.
The gist is that if you carry about 70% of your balance, then no need to show any justification, the VO definitely understands. But in case of a sudden deposit, they may be doubtful.

Thanks a lot for your advice.
My Question was---
1. In the application form education column which year I mention ?
Example : my B s s ( hons ) certificate is 2004 ( Degree awarded year ) but my B S S Exam held in 2006.
so which year I mention 2004 or 2006 ?
2. After passing B S S can I show my job experience ? and the same time I continue my M S S.
3. Higher Diploma In Computer Science & Technology will be counting a academic year ?
4. cic already accept NOC 4152 ( Social Worker ) - 452 application as 03.02. 2012 cap reach update. will it be right decision to submit application NOC 4152 Social Worker cap now ?

On or before July 1, 2012, a new Ministerial Instruction is expected to be issued by Canada's Immigration Minister. This Ministerial Instruction 5 (MI-5) will provide details about the priority occupations to be processed under the Federal Skilled Worker program.

What are the new in-demand occupations or priority occupations under MI-5?
Considering that there is a limit on the number of applications to be accepted annualy under the FSW program, many applicants actually want to know the list in advance. For the past few days, I am receiving that kind of question quite often.
The list of priority occupations is supposedly based on the labor market demand in Canada. But unfortuantely, it is in the Immigration Minister's power to decide which is which. They gave him that kind of power back in 2008.
You see, Ministerial Instruction 2 identified 29 high demand occupations and after a year, the same list was issued as priority occupations in Ministerial Instruction 3. What does that mean? There is no change in Canada's labor market situation afetr a year? Maybe.
Anyway, for Ministerial Instruction 5, the sentiment is that a greater number of occupations will be opened. Good news might really be on the way, you just have to be ready.
