I see  last week some applicant (its not for pre June 2010)are very confused :   "Some people are sending their update without SVO request letter." That people are very confused they think if its better but all time  cic tell us (if you send any mail)" without our request don't  send any thing without your address and family update change and if need any more data we will request you.
Please note that we are NOT able to acknowledge receipt and respond to requests for information on the routine progress of your application.

all  the time visa officer tell(when send cic any hard copy or email) "Please  give this letter when you send all paper as per our request"

Same visa officer operate 2006(hole document need submit ) 2007(simplified applicant)2009  and pre june2010 and post june 2010 also MI-1,MI-2,MI-3 so all time they tell if any document you sent please  send  cic  letter copy also so if you now send  any document to cic without there letter they will confuse because now they get only reply all update document pre june2010 so if get your update without there request letter and if visa officer thing this is pre june file your file also may be refuse.

Without they are  request(except address change and new born baby or get new certificate) no need to  send any thing. if send any thing they will confused about your file. If we are all time doing this its another problem is our current all file will be delay to process. This is my view so  you take your decision what you like best.

Thanks dear for point it out .. My consultant is insisting me to send the update documents before getting the letter. He is saying that it will make the process faster . But I'm not listening to him .. Without the letter why would I send my documents .. Consultants sometimes act like VO is his uncle's house and they know everything ..

I Hope too .. But if they don't then ? Moreover people who received their 2nd AOR in or after November haven't got any document update request letter/email yet. So I'm hopeful .. may be February will be the month for us .. Crossing my fingers !!

After long break I m writing. Actualy I did lot of things last 2 months I have achieved a security licence which makes me capable to get a job as a security guard. And I have got a security guard job 2 days in a week & it is bit comfortable for me. And I am also doing a job as a Dish washer in a restaurent near my home so I m enjoying my jobs. MAny doctor Engneers Govement College professors r doing same jobs so We r happy because here 100% people r higher educated so everybody is working all kinds of work. My resturant woner is same as my friend. I have good relation with him. So I m makling my development So please pray for me. But Very Pethetick matter is that Bangalies are very bad here. Sobsomoe ekjon r ekjon k Bash deoar chesta kore. Tobe doi ekjoin ase jara ama k valo kiso suggestion dise & helpfull. Try to avoid Banglai area And never believe Bangali. Bangalider dokane kaj korte gele wages kom offer kore so never trust bangali. Here Bangalies & Indians are bad. Whiths r good. ALWAYS KEEP AWARE FROM BANGALIES. VERY BAD PEOPLE HARMFULL

When you go out, check ``Help wanted`` this is job ad. Also inquire to shops nearby you. Working in a shop is much better and you will learn how to run a business. Bangladeshis are having good name to run such business. You may try to chain shops for job but they may ask your experiences.

For others, keep in mind to struggle for 2 years. Tell your family members as well. Here in Bangladesh we are now 2 years but we do not have any maid. We including our 2 children are doing all the household works so our children below teens are also cooking or washing cloths. Remember if you are mentally prepared then many hard jobs will become easy.

I did so, but Singapore Police Force refused to give me the COC letter. They said to me that they do need the request letter from Immigration section of Canada embassy. However, I E-mail them, but no reply yet.

I am getting crazy over this issue.

Make  a  print of ur  email which was  sent by Singapore  Visa office  then take  it to  police

On October 18, 2010, the Singapore Police Force stopped issuing original police clearance certificates to non-Singapore citizens unless the application for one was accompanied by a letter from an immigration office showing the file number and name of the person who requires the certificate.

In recognizing this change in process, CIC issued a formal announcement this week that, effective immediately, all inland and visa offices requesting a Singapore police certificate from a non-Singapore citizen should send a sample letter to each applicant that they may submit to the Singapore Police Force, along with a copy of the letter issued by CIC. The Singapore Police Force will then send the police certificate(s) directly to the inland or visa office, and not to the applicant.

The procedures for obtaining a COC for Singapore citizens remain unchanged. For further information on obtaining police clearance certificates in support of your permanent residence application, please contact the Bomza Law Group at info @ bomzalawgroup.com. Regarding connecting flight Toronto to saskatoon

I've  planned to land in saskatoon on 17 April. My route is Dhaka-Delhi -Toronto -saskatoon by Jet airways. Jet will allow 2 piece luggage 23kg per person. My question is : Will 'air Canada' carry same luggage without any charge to Saskatoon? or I have to collect luggage in Pearson & then 'check in' again. local travel agents giving confusing info. I need suggestion urgently. Thanks in advance

Look, this is funny. The IELTS result was submitted to them upon filing the application.  There is no reason that they will ask this document again.
Simply delaying the process.

You  try to  talk  your local travel agents about Luggage weight or go to that air line  web site.

In the airport when check in you have to mention luggage collection at Saskatoon so those two will be carried by Air Canada. Make sure at the Dhaka airport will attach tag with destination name. Air Canada unfortunately is known for luggage missing carrier so at the Toronto airport you check again.
