Hi Fahim,

All the photocopies. But Transcript should be in university sealed envelope. The IELTS result & PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) must be original. AND translate any docs which have any content in language other than English

BR
deba_avik
But according to the new CIC checklist, Transcript doesn't required in university sealed envelop. But original one have to submit.

I heard that driving license which is less than one year old would be of no help in getting license in canada. is it true?

i think it is true! the reason behind:

see , if u r within Canada and apply for a driving license then you will get G1 driving license means by the license only u can drive if u have a qualified driver presence in you car.

Then after 2 yrs of time you will get the G2 driving license , mean you can drive but only certain time and certain roads you can drive but other non rush hour or low traffic time you can drive.

and afterwards you get the full G driving license.

now the facilities is , if you have a valid Bangladeshi driving license which is 2 or  more than 2 yrs of driving license you can appear for the driving license exams and if you pass written exams and the road test you can get the direct G2 or G license , you don't have to wait for 2 years.

This is the advantages of old license which has 2 or more years of driving license.

now inter national driving license is provide by the 3/B outer circular road BRTA office provide the international driving license. The fess and required procedures is already mentioned in this forum.

One confusion is they provide the international driving license only for 1 year and after 1 year you need to renew it.

This why i , think only those should get the international driving license who already got the visa.  those who don't get the visa they should do it after the visa.

what do u think guys ? =====>> Teaspoon

God help us for the pre june applicant . last 14 months RBVO , mone hoy sarata jibon RBVO hoya roisi !

Dear experts,

In the form IMM0008, there is an option. Your intended occupation. If anyone writes an occupation which is demanded in Canada rather than selecting the occupation under which he applied, how will the Visa officer treat it? Please comment.

deba_avik

whatever you write now, its not mandatory for you to follow that strictly once you'll be in Canada.
No matter what the applicants write now, for the first few months, they will end up being the pizza delivery man, or the dish cleaner, warehouse cleaner or blue collar jobs.

jnathan,
first of all: the question was directed to the experts.....
secondly: you didn't understand the question. Deba_avik is not worried about what he will do once he lands in Canada. He is not worried about whether or not he has to work in the same job under which he has applied. Please read the question carefully and answer only if you are absolutely certain of the answer.
