Dear Seniors/ Experts,

                                Now a days most of the ppl who is waiting for MR got a Letter from VO that to submit update info along with IELTS
but we submit our papers with one year validity so why should pple send again their IELTS report again ? there is a chance to get lower score if anyone sit for ielts exam again so worried about it , point to be noted that i was applied nov-2009 then i have been waiting 1 year from RBVO to become  IN PROCESS and in process will be one year in February 2012 . so need expert answer.

Can you share your letter except any confidential matter? Hope they have not asked for. I have also got the letter but not got any such instruction directly. So far I understand, I do not need to send any document if there is no change. Of course, they have described the factors in their email but not to send.

1. With this letter your file has come out of the queue & is now ready for further processing.
2. They haven't asked u to send all the docs again... just one [new] IMM0008* & rest "updated" ones, if any.
Meaning:
If there's any changes in your exp, edn, POF, family composition, IELTS retake, travel history etc. u r then required to submit the latest now... else, u don't submit anything except the fresh IMM0008.

My personal view is if there is nothing to update, dont send anything except that IMM0008 form with a cover letter saying "No update at this time".

once you send a valid IELTS score to youtr VO, its valid for eternity to CIC. dont mix things up. IELTS result is valid for 2 years. it means IELTS authority keeps your test results and records for 2 years inside their system after which they erase all the records. Now, Once you submit the result to your CIO/VO, say 1 day before that 2 year's deadline, CIO/VO will first check your score with the IELTS authority and they move into something  else with your files. 

Many people are stalled since 2004 even, they have not been told to resend a fresh score.
Confusions should be cleared by now.

Thanks Mr Deva but to be honest i didn't got any letter but my friends who is also applied near to same date with me he got it and his law processing farm told him to prepare for ielts again and he told me also to prepare for IELTS so that i am worried about this matter but after reading your statement i feel little relax . thanks again .

Breaking  news
Today one  of  dentist  friend got  verification from  Dhaka CHC!!!!
They went to her working place(Dental  college)
She  made a  mistake--Showed  her  job as  Lecturer and  out  door  in-charge(which isnt her  NOC  that will b  dentist-her agent did such  mistake)
So friends dont  b relux as Singapore isnt  far  from us(Dhaka CHC is active)

Two Canadian came to  verify  my friend's working place
My friend had  lots  of  problem the last working  place is  close for 4-5 month,previous working place shifted from malibagh to Baridhara!!
Canadian investigators collected the  new address by themselves and  went to new address to verify

Same  person showed 2 work exp,one  from dental college and one  from her own dental clinic
work exp  is  near  about 7-8  years

August 2011 applicant  got  per on  december,yesterday  got AOR on that Received by vo date 21 December and  letter  issue date 29 december

Congrats. I m new in this forum. I applied 25th May, 2010 and I received 1st AOR on 6th October I send my full documents and SGVO Received it on 23rd December,2010. But Since the last one year my status is showing RBVO. My NOC is 0711

Absolutely right and the most appropriate answer of the post of nkshumon. You deserve +1 fro ur matured reply. None should start comments without going through the whole thread. And i dont find any harmful fun made by anybody here with this member or anybody else. No body here is giving absolute solution. All info shared here is based on our own experience or taking others experience and some are based on various links, sites and so on. No professional is serving here. Everybody is trying to help each other at his/her own way. Yes, we sometimes make fun but never with the main issue of immigration. If anybody did it, its really unexpected. Thanks again.

If you want to know about the people here, just try to contact somebody seniors like Dr. Hasib, Deva_avik, Hollowman, Teaspoon, Paglababa etc.. then you will find how this forum bonds people together and members help each other.
