Dear All Applicant

                        i was applied as a FSW to Canada VO 25th November 2009, after that they assessed my application and sent a letter on 26 January 2010, then i sent all my document to Singapore office and Singapore VO received my application on   4th February 2010 what shown in my status then after accurate one year waiting my status shown in process on 4th February 2011 and im still waiting for response ,suddenly i found from last week in my status no address shown , so i am scared what happen and i want to know whats going on is that OK ? would you all applicants who knows about this please let me know .

Salamu Alaykum my deshi brothers,

I am in US right now and my Canadian citizen wife will be sponsoring for my PR in Canada. A relative of mine went to Mohammadpur Police Station (my thana, since I used to live in Lalmatia) to apply for the police clearance certificate on my behalf but she was told that they need photocopies of my passport attested from BD Embassy of USA.

If I send the actual passport to my mother by FedEx in Bangladesh along with an authorization letter and she takes both to DMP One Stop Service Center, can she get it done for me?

I tried calling BD Embassy in Washington DC today and it goes to voice-mail (not surprised). Allah knows if they even attest copies of passports. I just want to bypass this authentication and send the actual passport to BD. Will that work?

Did anyone else face a similar situation?

Forgive me for writing this in this forum eventhough this is the FSW forum. I couldn't find a better place.

u shouldn't send the passport rather it is better to go for the attestation. it is less risky

Hi Every Body

Savings  is decreasing . I have got a servibal job. 2nd January will be started. So Pray for me. By the way New commers with small family can stay few days in my home. I have 1furnished bed free. So only small family can stay with my family with shared kitchen and buth. At least hotel rent tk 50 to 60 CAD per day  will save . Just give me 100 Cad per week. Dont take it otherwise It will be helpfull for the new commers. If any small family is interested phone me before landing  647-409-9367

I am post june 2010 applicant(MI2). My e-cas status- RBVO since march,2011. I have shown my bank solvency through a savings account.I don't know when VO will assess my application.Because I have been waiting since last 9 months.If I make a FDR account using most of that money,will it create delay in processing my PR application?Will it hamper the process?Please give yours suggestions regarding this matter.

You can proceed for FDR, You can show Savings account/FDR/Share.any format is excepted.

Don`t worry. You make FDR but better to send a note to VO with Asset statement and copy of FDR(with translation) that you purchased bond instead of savings account.

you have any mail from any CHC's around the world that tells you that address disappearance is a sign of something? so far I can remember that CHC New Delhi said that it was a bug and they are trying to fix it. many speculate that whenever they work on a group of applicants, this happens.

The good thing is CIC will issue at least 30-40% more visas in 2012 than 2011 as one of the members in this thread have posted a few posts ago.  Moreover, they have stopped parents sponsoring visas. this clearly shows their intention of working fast on the backlogs.

You take help from a consultant. you seem shaky.
as far as I know CM, Scotia ( someone said already), Southeast, Scotia are good.
they are well rated among users on the web.

watch out if you're breaking the lease agreement with your apartment owner.
they are very strict on these issues like no subsequent sharing of lease by the tenants.
