Dear All,

Can anybody (except Jnathan) share about the Immunization Record for the children? So far i know, we need to take immunization record from native country which will be required to enroll the kids to school over there. I thought, VO will supply the Form along with COPR. But i did not found any. Is there any member here who is experienced the matter or know the process?? Please share..... except Jnathan.

Actually all outsiders are not bad. I have receive a lot of necessary information from some outsiders. So, we should only be aware of some specific nuisance outsiders and ignore them.

You can download this from below link. FYI, you would need this form to be filled, signed & stamped by your doctor, from your homeland, before departure for landing. It's required for the kid's School Admission in Canada.

I would like to quote Captain Qorax's opinion regarding immunization:

Don't undertake any vaccinations.
Just bring-in the 'updated' Immunization Form with whatever vaccinations already administered to your child.

Here immunization is FREE, will be available in every 'Walk-in-Clinic'... and the the records will be update, real-time, on the Health Canada site by the medical practitioner. Time-to-time the school/s also have immunization schedules... things will be just fine for your kid/s until they were administered the std vaccines as per your country's health procedures/policies.

I think you r the only one who remains from the past in this forum, so far i know you joined very lately in this forum when all the major contributors of this forum has been gone away through  their individual objectives, and i also think that you were participated to our first get to gather in Boomers Baily road (more than a year ago), DO YOU?
I have respects in every  individual's positive opinions, but now a days here are some confusing and attacking comments like "OUTSIDER or ..............." u know.
I am requesting you to do some motivational approach for this type of attitude and manner, Because you r now the only one MUROBBI in this forum.

Please follow the previous all posts and then comment. Who told u "outsider"? R u really outsider?? Why r u taking others blaim on ur shoulder??

The only one member here behaves irritating and so far not Bangladeshi.. (As he expresses that he knows very little about Bangladesh)... See, this thread is named "All Bangladeshi Applicants Forum". Still, there is no problem if anybody non bangladeshi also puts comments here.. But the problem is when anybody pokes and tries to instruct other in his own way and puts misleading info and bargain on that, is not acceptable. This forum is open and should have open discussion which will make stronger bondage among the members here.

Please dont take anything wrongly..... Why u r taking to u personally... Everybody is DNA, Chromosome of this forum except those who are over serious and irritating.. Probably majority will agree about only one as such...

If we can make strong bondage here, we all will be benefited in future as we are on same road.. So try to be liberal..

Hope u understand. If u feel, I am ready to quit this forum keep place for DNA.

i took it for my daughter from our DMP (Dr. Habibur Rahman). the papers they asked for are, photo, previous Vaccination card, visa photo copy, money ( tk 1000) and my daughter with her father or mother. i could not take her, her father took and completed every formalities. i have seen the form which u people are talking. but my daughter form is different. it has mapple leaf stamp and different formate. i know this much.
wish ur son/Daughter very very good luck for the up coming life!
