The heading in the mentioned website http://www.unfaircic.com/issues1.html , reads:CIC NO LONGER PROCESSES FILES IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. NOW THE MORE RECENT FILES ARE PROCESSED FIRST. THUS, A FILE NOT FINALIZED WITHIN 18 MONTHS MAY NEVER BE ASSESSED. So, it means only MI3 people are to get advantage, rest of the applicants pre-MI, MI1, MI2 are not so important. Is this a legitimate source of information?? Really bad news! -1 Dr.Hasib  Just Kidding. Let's see what happens.  I don't believe this ... I think these people wants us to get angry , furious and then sign up with them .. |

well, not sure whether this info is legitimate or not. but according to this site, only Pre-MI and MI-1 applicants are negatively affected. post june 2010 applicants are still in safe side.
I am not clear about Pre-MI and MI-1.... Would appreciate if anyone can it clear to us. |

LEGALLY they can not ask you to send the passport by courier to any foreign country because it is illegal. So they advice to submit the passports to one of their office and then they send it to relevant place taking full care.
Thanks, and yes, thats what I was wondering if they will allow me to submit passport (that is, if ppr ever comes) at the nearest VO (though I wont be changing VO). |

If the timeline to get worried is 18 months, then I am just 4 months away evenif I am post June! Sometimes I feel I have made the biggest mistake in my life by applying for this -it has cost me a lot of opportunities that I have foolishly let go off thinking I am very near to completion of the process -post June previledge surely didnt work for me so far, even some MI1 were processed faster! Sorry for sounding like a looser, but I am very disappointed! Its exactly 1 year today from the date of my 1st PER :-( |
