On 8 July 2011 I have sent an application to CIC Singapore for changing of mailing adderss. But till today they did nothing. I am not sure what's going.

This is their system. They will never show the change. Usually they update all necessary info but dont mention.

did your address disappear  recently? mine is the same : address  has been disappeared yeaterday and still in that disappearence . e-cas shows "in process". passport submitted on the 18th sept. any idea?

The problem is when I download the new form, Its completely different from what was available at my application time. And Page 2 of this form seems has nothing to do with the info for a new born!
Or what am i missing here!

Attention!
The visa office asked you to use the form found atwww.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008egen.pdf(Pls,Select rightclick on the link and use "save target as")and there is no other part in this form except the second one. please note that you will not be penalised for that as the VO  is just encouraging all applicatns to use the new form .In my case I used the old updated form a months ago when asked.

my address is not disappear. but in process is still there.  i think u will get visa within next two weeks and ur DM status come very soon as per hasib bhai's prediction.

As Qorax advises........

1.   As the baby is born - u r required to 'add' him/her into your case file.
2.   For which u have to send in an application, pp copies, pics & fees.
3.   Then s/he would be asked for his/her meds.
4.   U might be asked to send-in updated POF [adding the new family member to the CIC table for funds].
5.   Once the meds r over, u r likely to receive everyone's PPR in 12-16 weeks.
6.   There won't be any significant delay.
