To add the new born in the application , please notify the visa office asap via e-mail. then the visa office will sen you some instructions what are needed to include  the baby in the application . before that you can collect the folowing documents  as follows which will be requested by the visa office  :

(01)  Individual passport for the new born
(02)  Birth certificate
(03)  Processin fee CAD 150
(04)  Photographs as per specification by the visa office ( 5/6 copies )
(05)  updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse
(06)  filled and signed form:IMM 0008(12-2009)E titled Application for permenent residence  in Canada  and the Details of Family members.

N.B:The visa office will give a time frame of 60(sixty)days to submit those documents since the date of the birth of a baby.

Thanks a lot imu for your clear cut answer. Now the question is whats the email address of the Visa office that i should use to inform about my situation! I think they had an online form submitting system for that. I can't seems to locate the url now. Anyone remember that?

I used to send e-mail to the address as: Singapore-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca. I would advise not to use any kind of form to inform the visa office .

so sorry  to hear that , it certainly delay the process. Do the vo ask photographs at time of the PPR ? I am now confused whether the vo ask it again for me  my spouse and my baby. Dont worry . send those phpotographs once again.

CONGRATULATIONS!

(1)YES, you can submit your passport  and your wife's passport
(2)An  self addressed envelop 8x12 or a4 size, preferabally brown colored. The letter and a photocopy of PPR request alongwith the form correctly completed

Dear Dr.Hasib Bhai:
Salam.

I am a new member in this forum. From the overall discussions in the site, I am sure that you are the guru and best predictor for Canadian immigration. I would like to share my case with you and would like to get some suggestions.

I have applied for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker class in March, 2010. In June , 2010, I got a reply from the Federal Skilled Worker Centralized Intake Office, Sydney, Nova Scotia regarding my application. Based on a review of the information I have provided, my application is being recommended to the visa office for a final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of different requirements. In addition to this, I have sent my complete documents to Singapore office in September, 2010. In response to this, I got a letter in November, 2010, where I was given two new file numbers, one in BXXX format and another one in EXXXX format.

At that time whenever I checked me application status, Ecas showed the Eligibility Review Complete... there was no new update. I mailed SVO regarding update. Then I got some updates at a time.......Receive by Visa Office, In Process, Medical Request, Decision made!!!! I was so surprised  . However, after few days all the updates was taken away. For 1.5-2 months I could not trace my status. After giving all inputs it showed that there is wrong information or My file was not there.. some things like that. For the last few months my status changed to We received your application for permanent residence on April XX, 2010. . Most recently on 20th September 2011... in addition to the previous status I got Decision Made (Widely discussed in this forum).

I would like to get your opinion regarding this case. How long may it take to process my case? I have some other options to go abroad for higher studies. I can not take decision, whether I should wait for Canada or try other country. I need your opinion.
