Experts please give me an idea weather its +ve or -ve, through this what they mean?

Hello Hasan, I have the same status of you. My status was "Application Received" for last 3 weeks and now it is showing DM with the same description of you. Btw, they mentioned that they review the application at 11th September which is Sunday and I know that Sunday is weekly holiday at Singapore. Strange!! I am very disappointing about this DM. i discussed with many poeple regarding the best time to land. Everybody advised to avoid winter time. I'll land in Calgary where winter will end in May/June..
