I called at 9556828, they refereed to the number 8901100...and then I called at 8901100, they said need a 13 digit tracking number, otherwise they cannot help.

have u contacted your local post office about this letter yet? it's been more than a month, you should have got your visa by now

I gave email to Dhaka office today morning to know about my passport. They give feedback  that they did not received passport from SGVO yet.  They said it take several weeks to get it back.They will inform me when they get it.

I have two queries:
1)   My address disappeared on 9 September 2011? When can I expect MR? OR is there any relevance between address disappeared and ecas change to in process
2)   IN my second AOR visa office mentioned a file number starts B**** ***** but when I want to use this number it does not work in the system. The previous ID number given by CIC only works. Any views on that.

1) this month according to my astrology!!! 
2) the B########## one doesn't work, it's now only the Application ID or UCI provided by the CIO.

Before answering your question, at first i want to point out which post june applicants are getting MR right now. As far as I know, SGVO is currently issuing MR to December 2010 applicants. However, a Dentist friend of mine, who applied in Feb 2011 got his visa in Aug 2011, and a Doctor friend of mine (Forum member: pulok vi) applied in Aug2010 is still waiting for MR. Therefore, few applicants might need to wait for short period whereas few applicants might need to wait for long period.

Do u Have any anlysis about the reason behind the short period and long period waiting time receiving MR. ? Is IELTS, NOC Or age ?

Before answering your question, at first i want to point out which post june applicants are getting MR right now. As far as I know, SGVO is currently issuing MR to December 2010 applicants. Therefore, few applicants might need to wait for short period whereas few applicants might need to wait for long period.

When you/Jan 2011 applicants can expect MR:

Even a month ago, I had no idea about this, but now I believe I can predict about this as well. 2 friends of mine ordered for CAIPS and I discovered a very important info from their CAIPS report.
There is a relation between PER date and MR. the deadline of Receiving MR is just 1 year ahead from the date your PER was issued. This rule is solely for post june applicants since pre june applicants don't get PER. Moreover, CIC is committed to finalize post june applicants processing within 12 months (might take 15 months for few applicants as per my understanding)
You applied in Jan 2011, got PER in March 2011 so you deadline of receiving MR is March 2012. Good news is case officers usually issue MR 2-3 months before the deadline. So, as per my prediction, you will get your MR in Nov 2011/Dec 2011.

May be in a single go we will get the PP's.

But if you remember the lady in the consular window told , it may take 4-8 weeks max to return the PP's. Wishing all to get back the PP's shortly.

Mainly depends on Case officer. other factors like IELTS, NOC, age, might be the reason as well.

you need to understand that Jan-March 2011 applicants havnt got MR yet. even some Oct 2010 applicants are still at RBVO stage.
