HI SamDhaka,
Thanks for your advice. I have already communicate with SGVO earlier. In reply they send msg that they send it dated 18 th July for Passport submission, but still I am waiting fot the postman to carry it to me anytime. Meanwhile I again send a email to SGVO that I have not rcevd yet.
So now just waiting for the letter. Please pray for me.

Dear Friends,
By the grace of Almighty Allah and your pray, I arrived here safely on 4th of August at Toronto airport. We (my wife, daughter and me) traveled through Turkish Airlines and the journey was fine. We didn't face any trouble except check in at Dhaka airport. It was delayed because of replacement of services through airline newly appointed own staffs. I believe it will be ok very soon. At Toronto airport, it was very smooth just what we have heard from earlier threads of other landed persons. They only checked the customs declaration that filled up at the aircraft before landing. Immigration officer only checked the passport and COPR and requested our local address. Luaguages were not checked by customs officer and they didn't even ask for B4 as i didn't any goods to follow list.
we are staying at Boro mama's house. we had to sleep a lot for last few days to overcome jet-lag. Today gone to service Canada office for SIN. Its nothing difficult, very easy. Best wishes to all of you. Pray for us.

I applied in Simplified application process at 31 Oct 2006. They started my processing at 14 Nov 2006. and in 25 Nov 2009 the asked my to send all the documents and and pay the Rights of Permanent resident fee. They replied with acknowledgement in 27 Jan 2010. Since then there is no news from Singapore visa office. Is there is anyone like me in the forum. Please share with me.
