I am from England and my native language is English.

I have no real knowledge of Bengali, Punjabi, Hindi etc - so I am just trying to at least be able to recognise the difference between these languages when I see them written.

I have nothing against any particular culture or language.

However, I am very opposed to people discussing on here how to cheat the system - and let us not forget that this is defrauding the Canadian government and is illegal. I am further saddened by those who offer advice and encourage people to do it!

The story makes no sense, and in any case a guy who lies to the Canadian government, cheating other honest applicants and committing fraud, doesn't really change whether it's a thief or noble man looking at him. We all have our own morals, but the law is the law and applies to everyone equally.

And compiling fraudulent reference letters for work experience one hasn't done is illegal and is committing the crime of fraud, as is also the person who is knowingly providing the refererence.

Do people really want to start their new life in Canada with an act of crime? And steal a visa from someone else in the process?

You people( Janathan and  Cappuccino) should be working in canadian visa offices around the globe, regarding Janathan bhai er opinion I have no idea where he got the information about the IELTS fraudulent. I also want to know Janathan's nationality. If he is not from BANGLADESH, he should be out from this forum as he has no respect for Bangladeshi people.

Actually I find people having their own secret threads in their own language kinda rude.

Canada has 2 official languages - English and French, and IMO any posts made on this public forum should be in one of those two languages. If people want their own little secret clubs they should do it in personal messages.

Think about your organization where you are working right now. Can you say that all employees of your company provided 100% or all of them are 100% perfect for their position? It is not possible in reality. There will be average performer, below average performer, good performer and best performer. Last one is visible because of the existence of earlier ones.

We believe that our country and life is going on because there are some good heart people everywhere in the society, although they are limited. Till now there are few good people working in government services that is why our administration is going forward, though the pace is very slow.
It is a very small country with large number of population and our unfortunate part is not to have a great leader for the nation. All of us are aware of the situation and try to solve as much as possible from our end (though in reality we can't find time, but we discuss about the possibility).

It is absurd to see that because of some bad people within the country, the way we are dishonoring our total country to outside world. 

Points raised by Janathan were never in my mind. But we have found some news in the newspaper like fake marriage or educational certificates. Is that type of corruption only available in Bangladesh? All other nations are 100% corruption free?

I don't say that we are supporting corruption by the way. Everyone of us is against it. But for this reason we should not down our country in front of a foreigner and try to be over smart. Don't think that all other members are dumb. All the people visited here are good people with good intention. Sometimes they are informed differently by surrounded bad people. We should keep them motivated and guide them correctly.

Please note that we will not get a Ph.d on immigration to Canada from here. And all of us are not Phd students. There are new entrants with some basic questions that might be silly to existence members. That does not mean that we consider them as degree students sitting on a Phd class. We share our views for a good intention and try to help each other to complete our immigration process quickly to have a better education, health and life in Canada.
