I dont believe that any employer would say anything negative when any inquiry of such kind appeared.
if you didnt leave or doing immense damage to the company , then there is no point of answering anything negative. to be in the safer side, talk to your HR ahead of such inquiries.

i am going to send my docs to Canada tomorrow through DHL. Hope it will reach within this month. Would it be affected by the change of April?? is it wise to apply now or wait for April???

jnathan is right. Usually employer will not give any negative feedback. But to be safer side you inform ur HR /related dept. that they might receive a call from high commission and tell them to give he right information according to your application. Sometime physical inspection also take place. So, be alert for that even if you take a leave, keep all the leave formalities ready with HR dept. I hope there won't be any problem if everything in order.

I already got the visa and planning to move middle of this year.

Now i'm in that stage. send full doc and counting my time. Yet did not receive any call or any inquire from visa office. But i didn't heard before any one can get call from visa office for inquire from singapore office. Please show your timeline. How long they take time to send medical request?

Its depend. For my case it took around 6/7 weeks.

I am  new to this forum. I have send my initial application to CIC on 4th February, 2010 and it reached there on 10th February, 2010. I still haven't heard from them.

Can anyone tell me when should I have an initial feedback from CIC.

I sent my RPRF  n did my medical tests in Nov'09. Till now no update from CHC. thats why i m a bit worried. as far I know, they didn't inquired about employment. what do u think?

my timelines are:
Initial app: 2th May 2009
AOR received: 7th July, 2009
Full docs sent: 4th Nov, 2009
Medical n RPRF request: 12th Nov, 2009
In Process: From 12th Nov, 2009
RPRF n Medial Sent: 23rd Nov, 2009

After that waiting, wating n waiting....

I never received any call from visa office. Employer usually do not say any negative unless you have done any serious harm to them.

I received PPR 2day n asked to submit Passport within 60 days.
