2011 is going, 2012 will go quickly as well. dont worry. we will hear something in Summer 2012 as CIC has already pledged that they will clear the backlog. after the release of July 1, 2011 announcement, they'd hardly get 3000-4000 applications from each NOC's and it wouldnt need more than 3-6 months for them reach a final decision on those files, and they'd then be able to ponder on the old files.

Good news is there is no change in details on application requirements and procedures for affected programs.

Hasib bhai, i came to know that july onwards applicants need to send all visa office required documents to visa office after getting confirmation from CIO. Only forms need to b sent to canada. Is it true?

Heard that the website has not yet updated the application guideline..it'll be updated. the new system is a combination of jun 10 onwards occupation list and below jun 10 2010 submission process. jun 10th er age shobai only form n few relative doc pathato cio te, pore 2nd aor peye docs pathato visa office e.. not sure about validity of this info. samirsa's article e oboshsho close info dichse..still unclear about the submission process..

No way..I beleive Samirsa deleted that post realizing that provided information is totally unfounded  On jun 26,2010 CIC annouced that all documents must be sent to CIO otherwise it will be returned.By asking for all the documentation at once, CIO's motive was to make processing more efficient & shaving 120 days off the total processing time, because this is the time CIO allowed applicants to send in their supporting documents.As per my understanding, CIC can't revert to previous practice as they are working on to clear the backlog regards,

this info (sending all documents to CIO) is given in the "instruction guide", EG7000, at the beginning of page 17.

Hi friends(Especially Dr. Hasib), how long it usually takes to recived any letter from Singapore VO to Dhaka? Shall appreciate if you share your experiences.
As My CAIPS notes shows, Singapore VO mailed my Re-medical( As my last medical result has already expired on 24th June 2011)request on 25th May 2011. Till today I have not received anything.
I would like to mention that, last time when I have received the POF and PNWS letter from SG VO, it took around 26 days. FYI, My post office is Gulshan PO, Dhaka-1212.
And my BF Date is 21st July 2011.
What do u think
a. Do I need to talk with local postman or
b. contact with Dr. Wahab (As I have done my last medical at his place)
