I am very new and thanks Sohel09 for this useful initiatives ...
I am in a preparation to apply for Canadian Immigration
Need some advices:
I am Post-Graduated (Masters of Commerce – Management) in the year 1997. I have complete 16 years of education. And I have higher level skill in English.
I have continuous 15 years of professional experience. Currently I am working in the position of “General Manager – Operations Management” with a huge manufacturing company since last 8+ years.
As “General Manager – Operations Management”, my key job areas are:
1. Production Planning
2. Operational Management of Production
3. Logistic and Utility Support
4. Health and Safety and Ethical Business Practice
5. HR and Administration
6. Security
I am 38+ years old. My wife is Post-Graduated (Masters of Arts in English). Her age is 32+ years. We have 2 kids.
I am interested to apply for Canadian Immigration (Federal Skilled Worker category) under the NOC category Code: 1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management.
But as the Quota if filled, i can not apply now...
My Questions are:
1) Should i get a lawyer ...
2) Lawyer from Dhaka or Canada itself ....?
3) Do you have any suggessions on Lawyer issue ....
4) Does my position / job area permits to apply for Canadian Immigration under this NOC Code-1122 perfectly ??
5) When should I apply ... now or after June2011??
6) A tips as new applicant ...!??

Dear Brother My nik is Tosher & I am 39 Years old with 2 kids and also My catagory was Manager Finance. U & me allmost same except The profesion. Me Finance & U commersial. Don't think kota fill uped. Actualy we just share our openions here> I didn't see any mesage in CIC any websites or any news latters that any cota fill uped. U can apply as per their mentioned catagory in their website. My suggestion is don't apply self. U can apply through a consulting firm. I have applied via South east consulting firm. My several friends applied via CM International, Saj International or ILCB. If u r interested u can apply through the mentioned consultants. I went to Sonali bank to make a "Chalan" for PCC(police clearance certificate) Chalan fee is 500 taka and in the Chalan form there is space for Code number. No one from Sonali bank, Jhigatola branch confirmed me what could be the code number of DMP (DHaka Metropolitan Police). I had to go to Dhanmondi police station to get the code number of DMP and for your reference, it is : 1220100012681 Anyway, i returned to the bank again and stood in the queue. In the mean time, Ekram vi appeared(i didnt know him that moment) & was asking bank staffs about the code number of DMP & what should be the Chalan fee. stupid staffs couldnt answer about code number of DMP & claimed that Chalan fee is 250 taka. I was astonished by their stupidity(they didn;t even know the correct fee) & then i steped forward....... |

Why, you have been living there for a few months?
had you asked about how much you needed to pay if you wanted the payment made by them after getting some additional money, they'd reply in no time.
they are not stupid, they dont show interest where they dont get any money.
