Dr. Hasib is right. University transcript. In most of the cases the VO doesn't open the sealed envelope and send this with the medical request (it happened in my case). Cheers |

Dr. Hasib is right. University transcript.

May i know why VO returns the transcript back to the applicants? They must require it for verification, right?
P.S: Since you are a doctor, i would like to know, did VO make any job enquiry? Were you a govt. service holder or doing private practice? |

It is indeed very strange why VO didn't open sealed transcript and similarly wondering why did they return them?? Transcript supposed to need for authentication and verification of academic qualification of the applicant based on which point chk supposed to done... and its usually very hard to get docs back from CHC even after repeated request unless there is incomplete or incorrect package or if some applicant get rejected and need the docs upon request.... Anyway there might be some reason for VO to do that which goes beyond our common understanding!!! |

Hi Dr. Hasib They have sent me the Sealed Envelope for me and my spouse. There were original attested Transcript & the Certificate of our Graduation Degree MBBS/BSc. Engineering respectively. I told you, that in my case, I have got the two Envelopes Back as it is. VO, didn't make any job query for me or for my spouse. I also need to know about this point.. Can anybody please help?.. Anyone know whats the deal with the Digital Passport and how it affects people like us with regular passport? I mean send photocopy of my regular passport with full documents. Now I hear that I muct convert my passport to digital very soon. Cause the ports won't allow regular passports anymore in near future? Any light on this matter, anyone?

Hi All,
I send my full documents on Aprill 2010. On september,20 2010 they requested additional document regarding my relative in canada. I sent those document on october 10, 2010. From then I am waiting for Medical request. today I found that my ECAS is changed to "Decission made". I am shocked to find this status because it usually shown after medical. can you help me on this, Is this a sign of rejection?
