What is the reason behind such a delay in making communication by the vo after being the status changed to In Process. Does it mean any negative indication or just for background check?

Please note that few forms for Application for PR ( for Federal Skilled Worker Class) has been changed.
Following forms are changed:-
1) Schedule 3 – Economic classes (IMM 0008)
2) Fees payment Form – Application for PR (includes Credit Card CVV no)
3) Document Checklist (IMM 5612)
To all who are submitting the full documents can take a note of this.

Hi, Ur & my timeline is all about same. since 15 dec e-case shows "Your applicaiton was reviewed & we started processcing on Dec 3." Still I didn't get MR. Can anyone say how long it may take? Regards, autoaguy |

For all,
VO's are not our relatives, when they have our file on their hands, they are judges and do things on their own ways. soarer, the VO might be stuck with something that he needs more time to sort it/then out. I am having IN PROCESS for 2 months now but still a decision to be made.

Hi
I sent my immigartion application with all supporting docs to CIC and they received it on Nov 17th. Can anybody tell me how long CIC will take to reply me for the initial response on acceptance/rejection? also what would be the form of reply - email/post? Those who applied after June 26 2010, has anybody received any reply from CIC yet? How long does it take the CIC to reply after encashing the bank draft?
Please reply to me if u have any idea about baove concerns. i'm really confused
