Dear Forum Members,

My file was received by CIC, Nova Scotia in May 2010, Decision Made in September 2011 and finally E-Cas used to show In Process since March 29, 2012, but now it is inaccessible.

At this stage may be I should be waiting for Medical Request to come. I'm not sure was there any query or investigation done from immigration authority while processing my file.

Please let me know from your experience that have you faced any investigation and those who applied in May 2010, is there any possibility of any
investigation at this stage?


If not then it will be a relief because i need to close my FDR kept at bank which i've been maintaining for this purpose for close to 2 years.

I think your waiting will be end soon. I also added that You can close your FDR. It's a extra burden for you for 2 years !

Dear Mr Ameer,
They started to process my file from October 02, 2006. They asked for my Papers on November, 2009 and I sent them by January 28, 2010. After that In May, 2010 they asked by email some more info like proof of relationship with my uncle etc. After that in 2011 I asked them about my file and they sent me a long reply which actually says that I should try for the new system. But I kept my old one and that was the last communication with them. As far as I can see they have to eliminate their old backlogs as court has suggested them. Lets hope for the best.

in your 2nd last mail you mentioned that few days back you got a mail from them (CHC) mentioning that your file is still in process. good luck hope you will soon get your MR. Could you pls share your NOC

Reached the clinic at around 10:45am & it took around an hour to complete the process as there were a bit rush (because today is Saturday). Following are the steps:
1. Collected Blood Sample (Children are not required to give blood).
2. Collected MR forms, two copies of photos of each, advised to put "tick" marks in the specified fields of the forms, took signatures at specified
    places in the forms (for children the principal applicant need to sign).
3. Took weight and height measurement.
4. Checked for eyesight (only reading alphabets at a certain distance).
5. Checked blood pressure.
6. Did X-Ray of chest
7. Collected sample of urine.
8. Lastly met Dr. Wahab, he had a look and checked the lung condition (by stethoscope), took the money (Taka2000.00 for adult, Tk.1000.00 for
    infant & Tk.3000.00 for courier) and told if there is any problem will let us know. That's all.

Still now unable to access my e-status.Shumon, Pls share your relative recent e-status.

He cant access his status also , actually i was sorting out about double status in other forum abd there i found your status and i read all the replies from there cause my relative also facing this type of situation 1st time he thought he may be rejected cause before inprocess it shows Decition made but after that he found two status and he shows me too , i was surprised and also congratulate him about his in process , there is diferent status in both status inn in process shows starting process date with letter sent so he might expect MR but unfortunately both of status gone and not access anything .anyone facing like this in this forum ?lets share .To me may be they are in positive and all will got MR , may be its a system glitch or may be SVO updating their status . lets share if anyone knows better ..
