Total complete applications received since July 1, 2011 The cap has been reached. CIC has received 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications for processing since July 1, 2011. However, certain applications are still eligible for processing. From now until June 30, 2012, we will only consider applications: with an offer of arranged employment, or submitted under the PhD stream (see below) until the cap of 1000 applications is reached. If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date.

Hello All,

I received MR today, issued on June 19, 2012.
Alhumdulillah.

I have been residing in USA since September 2010 and for that reason SGVO asked me to send both PCC from Bangladesh and FBI clearance from USA. Can you please advice me how can I get PCC from Bangladesh while staying in USA?

I also know from different posts in this forum that it may not be possible to get FBI clearance report within 60 days. What should I do now? Please suggest me.

Spouse's UCI is different . I found in my GCMS that my Spouse and kid's UCI is different than mine .

We received your application for permanent residence on February 4, 2010.
 
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on March 16, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
 
Your application and supporting documents were received by the Singapore office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the Singapore office on March 23, 2010.
 
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 17, 2012.

Anyway they can apply in January 2013 in real time immigration system.

nothing to worry because from 2013 it will take less time to process and by less i mean 1/1.5 yrs whereas
in our cases it's been already more than 2 years and dont know how much longer we have to wait

Application intake is expected to resume in January 2013
This pause will remain in place until further notice, allowing the Department to make progress on processing its existing inventory.

I sent it through CHC Dhaka! Was really worried that they might send it back using registered mail, thank god they didnt

It is almost one and half month though they told that it will take two weeks working days.
