I submitted my application in Feb, 2010 and received MR just a few days ago. I also received a documentation update request in March, 2012. I looked at your timeline and see that we have pretty much the same timeline. Hope you will get your MR soon. Best wishes to you and hope that you will get some good news from SVO soon.

By the way, do you have any idea about which doctor would be good to see for medical examinations? I have received a list of doctors that shows the name of only four doctors. Can't figure out which one to see. Thanks.
