Can anyone share how the MR packet looks like ? Is there any seal of SGVO ? is it a A4 size envelop or a small one ? Does it look exactly like the second AOR envelope with SGVO address in it. If its a normal mail or a registered post where we have to sign to collect it ?

Dear Rafin Please visit the following link. All information is available. http://www.afp.gov.au/what-we-do/police-checks/national-police-checks.aspxYou can apply either online or by sending hard copy. You need to apply for the following category: $99.00 for a fingerprint and National Police Check application where fingerprints are supplied to the AFP on application. In that case you have to go local CID head office (Near Concord Twin Tower) to collect your fingerprint. Attach the finger prints along with other docs. If it is not possible to use credit card, you can request any relative/friend in Australia who can send all documents on your behalf and will receive the certificate at their address. Hope this will work for you. Arif Rafin, Have they only asked you to submit Australian PCC or Bangladesh PCC also?? Jahangir

Hello All,
Need your advise on PCC. Last time I submitted the PCC for India as well as for Bangladesh but this time they have only asked to submit the PCC for Bangladesh. Do you think I should also submit the PCC for India as it is time consuming as well as difficult to get it.
Is it a good idea to follow their exact instruction of submitting only the Bangladesh PCC??
Jahangir

Whether both husband and wife's police certificates are required or only principle applicant has to submit his own clearance? please reply someone. Is that necessary to submit university certificate in sealed university envelop? What about SSC and HSC certificate? I don't get yet original certificate for Hons. is there any problem with provisional certificate?

It's not necessary to keep the same amount till MR/Visa. I may transfer the amount from my account to FDR or can buy land etc. It is very clear I think . If they found the shown amount is not in AC, they will make an inquiry. But, what CIC is doing- they want the Bank solvency again. You have to show the final amount while you are going to finalize visa.

+1 for you mrk2011, I fully agree with you, I also did the same because its not guaranteed that we will get visa and its not worth keeping the money in the account as we will be deprived from good interest rates, what i did is transferred the money to a FD account on same bank and if VO queries I can reply them that I have transferred the money to FD account and give them the statement. It's not necessary to keep the same amount till MR/Visa. I may transfer the amount from my account to FDR or can buy land etc. It is very clear I think . To all forum members, Janathan is just making panic by false information. Remember, he is already rejected for false presentation.

Congratulations to MSKC, Nkshumon, profahmed, Jahangir, Josa, shk76 and Rafin for your MRs. Please make dua for us (pre-june, post-june and all other applicants waiting for MR). Thanks to all for your best wishes. Hope all your MR's will arrive very very soon.
I need a help. Along with the MR they asked Australian Police clearence certificate (full fingerprint and name check) as I lived in australia back in 2003 for 5.5 month. They have provide some info and a link but it has not sufficiant info. I have talked with Aus high comission, VFS but none of them does that. I mailed the australian police authority, waiting for the reply.
Does anybody have any idea how to get that easily from BD, otherwise I have to go to Aus for that which will occur some additional expense.
Hi Rafin, At first congratulation for MR. For, Australian Police Clearance Certificate (APCC) you have to act very fast. It takes around 4 weeks (After AFP receive your application) to issue clearance certificate. Count another 2 weeks for postal (Snail mail) communications. So, total you will need around 6 weeks. I think you can extend your time limit (60 days) by informing SVO. For finger print, "Arif2095" gave you correct information. At the same time you can talk with the police officers in your "Thana". I know that, "Dhanmondi Thana" use to take fingerprints for this purpose.
