wait a min, munna vai, then i may think like that , the files of 2010 which are inprocess, means most of their verification works are done.   is it like that ....

like education, experience and   others are done , and still backgrounds checks are going on,,......

Sorry I can't say what happens with prejune applications. But i know that despite JDs are matched in earlier stages, even after getting IP with date status, the JDs are rechecked. Reviews are done over and over again. Sorry again.

Finally NDVO start issuing MR for the 2010  applicants. i think within 2 weeks svo will start givilng mr , guys be ready !!!!!!!!!!!

Need an urgent help, its about Schedule A (Background declaration) form in Education Point.

My wife did her Bcom (Pass) Under National University, in her transcript Session is 1998-99, her year of Passing is 2000 given (according to transcript) and She started her class in 1999 June.
So in this regard which year and Month I should follow in below format
      From              To   
Year-- Month------- Year—Month

And Another Problem with Her Mcom is that, in her transcript Session is 2001-2002, She suppose to pass in 2002(but in transcript year of passin mentioned 2002) but due to session delay her final exam took place in 2005 and She started her class in 2001 June. So in this regard what should I do?

Bill C38:  Passed

As of 11PM, Thursday dt. Jun-14, 2012, the Omnibus Budget Bill C38 stands 'passed' by the parliament, with certain changes in many of it's sections, however the section on IRPA [Immigr. & Refugee Protection Act] remaining mainly intact.

Part-4, Div-54 of Bill C38 summarily dismisses approx. 300,000 pending FSW applications filed on or before Feb-27, 2008 effectively. Wherein, an estimated $130 million of processing fees will be refunded to the 'lost' applicants, without interest fees and without any legal right of remedy or indemnity.
The bill is to get a third-reading on Monday, Jun-18, 2012 then it goes to Senate, where it's likely to be formulated into a 'law'.

Does it cast aspersions on the integrity of the Canadian Immigr. System? --YES. Does it put a dent on the universally accepted Canadian norm for operational fairness? --YES. However, it's the law, voted successfully by a majority of members of the parliament, responding to the changing labour market needs... irrespective of a 'plea' submitted by CBA [Canadian Bar Association] on May-29, 2012, pls refer below.

As such, like it or not, we may just have to gulp it in the larger interests of the country.

NOTE:
This bill [C38] hits only the applications filed till Feb-27, 2008 -- and who has yet to receive a SELDEC-1. Their e-Cas of "in process" doesn't matter. While, if their e-Cas states "DM" after meds -- then obviously those cases r thru.

CIC stated ``What does a "decision based on selection criteria" mean?

A "decision based on selection criteria" means that an immigration officer:
has assessed your  FSW  application against the points grid, and
has made a decision on whether or not you meet the selection criteria of the program.
(Currently, the pass mark is 67 points)

Give us the link. At bottom link you gave is not corresponding to your statement.

Fill the forms as per the official transcripts and certificates. What you mention in the forms will be matched with the evidence you submit. If the time period doesn't match in the eyes of the officer, it will cause problems for your application.
