As I said above, you might have 500 years of education in the fields of construction management in
UK as a chartered construction manager along with a UK masters degree in the same being an
architect ,, your degrees in those fields will not be able to satisfy CIC as "NOC 2151 Architects"
does not recognise Construction Managerial degrees as per rule set by cic/HRSDC.

Moreover, In the recent fulfilled occupation list of 29 for the year 2011-2012 by CIC, Site
Supervisors could not apply as that NOC was not in the list of 29.
MisConception by you and the real facts
==========
1. post grad degree in disaster management and another masters in Urban environmental management are not considered as a backup degrees for the NOC 2151 as per the list I have posted above. if you got Architectural degree at the bachelor level, it is fine. I dont see you have mentioned any professional experinces in the field of Architecture. Hence, you will be refused. It seems that none of your degrees and experiences(except in Architecture) in the fields of chartered construction management, a certified disaster management and a university teaching professor will help you demostrate your experiences if you apply in 2151.
Many Civil and Construction Engineers know better Architectural drawing and work practically but unfortunately they are not allowed to apply as VO's will cross check the Academic degrees with their professional experiences as claimed. Only outstanding Experienced Physiotherapists will be given the nod althogh he might have a Medical Bachelors Academic certification.
I wonder why so many Space Science Graduates work as ganitors !!!
got my joke?
