Only statement is alright. You can also add certificate from the bank. The documents you are sending must be signed from the proper authority.

Dear deba_avik,anneka26,munnabd,m.ibrahim,mute_man and ekarus

Thank u very much for your wishes.

My application could be completed in September 2011, unfortunately I missed to receive the MR via Post. I received the MR on 30th January 2012 after 7 email and did Fax the same.

one of my friend filed the application with me. still he is RBVO status. Few applicants filed their application on January and February. As far I know they have one basic score in IELTS.So Dr. Hasib's assumption is fact in this regard. So don't submit the app. with basic score even you pass 67 marks.

My request to the post June applicants who are in a same status for long time, order caips to get the exact scenario of ones applicant better to be stay in darkness. You also can Fax to SGVO for status enquiry.
Architects can PM me if u need any.

Thanks everybody again.

aneeka26,

In my experience, only bank certificate in enough than bank account statement,I submitted bank certificate but with Medical they asked for 12 months bank statement in July 2011, but for other applicants they don't asked for 12 months bank statement later in October 2011,If you submit bank statement now they could ask for the statement again. My opinion is submit bank solvency certificate or FDR papers as the  required POF.It is very difficult to say surely that when they ask or not, fully depends on the Immigration officer S/he assigned for your application.

Aneeka26,

1. Bank Certificates will be enough, send them the past 6 months' transaction report. no problem if you haven't transact a single cent.

2. CIC will call your bank or may send their officials to check on your accounts.

3. CHC Singapore usually asks for Renewed PoF when they send the Medical Request (MR)

4. They waive the Interview for 999 people out of 1000 applied.

5. Background checks could be done secretly, physically, by calling your employer. Dont risk showing fake stuffs, you will be banned for 2 years and sealed as Fake applicant for the lifetime. Since I joined this Forum, CHC Singapore officials have visited in 2 occasions to quite a few job places and found a few fraudulent cases; and you know what happened next Smiley .

Its okay. Once I sent full docs, I sent only certificates of banks. When they ask for updated docs and forms, they clearly wrote to send Bank Statement. Its wise to send both but only certificate shall also serve the purpose.

Please explore it. See the point 15:
