osti was lucky that he got away from being a victim by one these crooked consultants. CIC wouldnt conduct this interview had they not received enough evidence against that culprit.

Yes you are right. Honestly I haven't paid the representative and I would not do as most of the work myself I did it. Can a visa officer after that reject my application even if there is no proof that I paid a representative? Like I was honest , but what if the gentleman didn't believe me, is he allowed by law to decline my application based on assumption?

osti, u have don very well, nothing to worry at all okay ! Case officers responsibility is to review the case and pass it to the next level for processing further. next level issued the medical and visa. i think in your case the case officer is happy with you and pass it to the next level , sooooo chill ! cross your finger and wait for the medical

Hi All, I need some suggestions from you who are here for long days. I applied to FSW in April'10 and sent all papers to Singapore in June'10. In June'11, my status was changed into "IN PROCESS". Then last January'12 they asked for updated documents. and i sent it within the time. I have changed my mailing address in this time; but they put wrong address first time. while informing it they apologized and corrected it. But still my status is "In Process" and "Singapore Office may contact you" remains from the very beginning. Can anyone tell me what is happening there? is there any possibilities to get visa from them? Looking for somebodies quick response.
Regards
Mun
Hi Mun, your timeline is almost same as mine. I have not got any update from SVO as well. Inshallah our waiting time will be over very soon.

Dear All, hope u all are doing fantastic. I am New to dis forum. I would really appreciate if anyone could answer my following questions
whether vo visits ur provided work place to verify or not?
If i show my Bank certificate in terms of proof of fund will it be okay? or do they require more documents? or is dere any possibility they might ask for the bank statement in further stage?
I would like to take my Biological son and my adopted daughter along wid me. So is it going to slow done my application processing time due to my daughter's adoption papers?
Thanks in advanced
Best Regards Aneeka

1. 50- 50 chance (of verification) 2. bank statement is sufficient. In my case, VO asked for bank statement again at later stage with medical request. same thing could happen to u 3.YES, it will delay your process, there is a great possibility that you & your adopted daughter will be asked to attend an interview. good luck with your application process.

I could not understand this question. But it seems to me that, you want to know whether you are able to apply again? Yes you can. If your NOC is still in the list and the cap is not yet reached, then definitely you should apply again.

I need some feedback from the applicants, who add their new born babies in the existing application or any one else who has some idea. My question is:
In average, how long it may take for SVO to charge the credit card or the bank draft for new born baby's application fee (cad$150)?
In my situation, I add my new born baby on September, 2011. But after that, still now the fee not yet being charged by SVO. In the mean time my credit card validity date will expired in few months. What should I do now? Send SVO an email? or Send another updated fee paying form with my new credit card number?
Thanking you in advance.

sMark, in case of bank draft it should take around one month if you are in process, as it happened in my case. What is your application status now? I think it's better to send them an inquiry. It would also be a chance for you to know your application status.
